TEMPLE DE GANGES – Ganges

Le temple présente une forme heptagonale (7 côtés). On ne trouve cette particularité architecturale que dans deux édifices en Europe, le temple de Ganges et une petite chapelle protestante en Allemagne. Dans les récits bibliques, la signification de ce chiffre est associée a la perfection divine qui est évoquée dés le récit de la Création en Genése notamment lorsque le 7eme jour, Dieu se repose en se réjouissant avec tout ce qu’il a créé. Chaque dimanche matin à 10h30 se déroule dans ce temple un culte qui réunit les membres de la communauté chrétienne affilié à l’Union Nationale des Églises Protestantes Réformées Évangéliques de France. C’est aussi le lieu de recueillement lors des baptêmes, mariages, obsèques et toutes les fêtes religieuses célébrées par les protestants. Toute personne peut venir assister en toute liberté à ces différents événements.

The temple is heptagonal in shape (7 sides). This architectural feature is found in only two buildings in Europe: the temple at Ganges and a small Protestant chapel in Germany. In biblical accounts, the significance of this number is associated with divine perfection, which is evoked as early as the Creation story in Genesis, when on the 7th day, God rests and rejoices with all that he has created. Every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m., the temple hosts a service attended by members of the Christian community affiliated to the Union Nationale des Églises Protestantes Réformées Évangéliques de France. It is also the place of worship for baptisms, weddings, funerals and all religious festivals celebrated by Protestants. Anyone is welcome to attend these events.

Der Tempel weist eine siebeneckige Form (7 Seiten) auf. Diese architektonische Besonderheit findet man in Europa nur bei zwei Gebäuden, dem Tempel von Ganges und einer kleinen protestantischen Kapelle in Deutschland. In den biblischen Berichten wird die Bedeutung dieser Zahl mit der göttlichen Vollkommenheit in Verbindung gebracht, die im Schöpfungsbericht in Genesis erwähnt wird. Jeden Sonntagmorgen um 10:30 Uhr findet in diesem Tempel ein Gottesdienst statt, der die Mitglieder der christlichen Gemeinschaft, die der Union Nationale des Églises Protestantes Réformées Évangéliques de France angehört, zusammenführt. Es ist auch ein Ort der Besinnung bei Taufen, Hochzeiten, Beerdigungen und allen religiösen Festen, die von Protestanten gefeiert werden. Jeder kann hier in aller Freiheit an den verschiedenen Veranstaltungen teilnehmen.
