Les vitraux contemporains de Christopher Wool – La Charité-sur-Loire

Aprés 10 années consacrées à la restauration du prieuré, la création contemporaine fait son entrée par l'installation de vitraux contemporains dans la salle capitulaire et la salle Mérimée, attenante. Lors de l'inauguration du 20 octobre 2012, le public a pu découvrir pour la première fois les créations de l'artiste New-Yorkais Christopher Wool qui a travaillé en lien avec Pierre Alain Parot, maître verrier bourguignon. 

After 10 years devoted to the restoration of the priory, contemporary creation has made its entrance with the installation of contemporary stained glass windows in the chapter house and the adjoining Mérimée room. At the inauguration on 20 October 2012, the public was able to discover for the first time the creations of New York artist Christopher Wool, who worked in conjunction with Pierre Alain Parot, a master glassmaker from Burgundy

Nach zehn Jahren, die der Restaurierung des Priorats gewidmet waren, hielt die zeitgenössische Kunst mit der Installation zeitgenössischer Glasmalereien im Kapitelsaal und dem angrenzenden Merimée-Saal Einzug. Bei der Einweihung am 20. Oktober 2012 konnte die Öffentlichkeit zum ersten Mal die Werke des New Yorker Künstlers Christopher Wool sehen, der mit dem burgundischen Glasbläsermeister Pierre Alain Parot zusammenarbeitete.

Na 10 jaar gewijd te hebben aan de restauratie van de priorij, heeft de hedendaagse creatie haar intrede gedaan met de installatie van hedendaagse gebrandschilderde ramen in de kapittelzaal en de aangrenzende Salle Mérimée. Bij de opening op 20 oktober 2012 kon het publiek voor het eerst kennismaken met de creaties van de New Yorkse kunstenaar Christopher Wool, die samenwerkte met Pierre Alain Parot, een Bourgondische meester-glasblazer

En la inauguración, el 20 de octubre de 2012, el público pudo descubrir por primera vez las creaciones del artista neoyorquino Christopher Wool, que trabajó en colaboración con Pierre Alain Parot, maestro vidriero borgoñón

Dopo 10 anni dedicati al restauro del priorato, la creazione contemporanea ha fatto il suo ingresso con l'installazione di vetrate contemporanee nella sala capitolare e nell'adiacente Salle Mérimée.
