Le carré Rosengart

Centre d'activités maritimes et de services dédié aux gens de mer, il est aménagé à l'emplacement des fonderies Sébert, ancienne usine de pièces détachées automobiles Rosengart et des ateliers de fabrication de chauffe eaux Chaffoteaux et Maury. En 2000, une partie des friches industrielles a été réhabilitée. Certains espaces donnant sur les quais ont aussi un accès côté "mail" intérieur. Au total, 10000 m2 de bureaux, salles de réunions, boutiques, Fablab… surmontés d'une charpente en bois et métal. La maçonnerie est composée de granite, de grès et de briques bon marché et résistantes au feu. Un pôle technique pour les plaisanciers leur permet de stocker et réparer les bateaux. Le Carré Rosengart accueille régulièrement des expositions.
