Production de fromages : la Tomme du Vallon (pâte pressée) et le Simmental (pâte mi-cuite), de lait cru (berlingots d'1 litre) et de tous les produits de la ruche (miel toutes fleurs, miel aux amandes et aux noisettes, vinaigre de miel, pollen, propolis, bonbons, cire encaustique). Vente sur le marché de Marcillac tous les dimanche matin et directement à la ferme (uniquement sur rendez-vous).

Sale at the Marcillac market every Sunday morning and directly at the farm (by appointment only).

Herstellung von Käse: Tomme du Vallon (gepresster Teig) und Simmentaler (halbgekochter Teig), Rohmilch (1-Liter-Berlingots) und allen Bienenprodukten (Allblütenhonig, Mandel- und Haselnusshonig, Honigessig, Pollen, Propolis, Bonbons, Enkaustikwachs). Verkauf auf dem Markt in Marcillac jeden Sonntagmorgen und direkt auf dem Bauernhof (nur nach Vereinbarung).

Productie van kazen: Tomme du Vallon (geperst) en Simmental (halfgekookt), rauwe melk (blikken van 1 liter) en alle producten van de bijenkorf (bloemenhoning, amandel- en hazelnoothoning, honingazijn, stuifmeel, propolis, snoep, encaustische was).
