Eglise St Maurice – Romans

Elle fut construite au XII° siècle. A l'origine, elle était dédiée à Saint Martin, puis Saint Maurice, patron de Romans. Son clocher octogone fut démoli pendant la révolution : le clocher actuel date de 1857.

It was built in the 12th century. Originally, it was dedicated to Saint Martin, then Saint Maurice, patron saint of Romans. Its octagonal bell tower was demolished during the French Revolution, and the present one dates from 1857.

Sie wurde im 12. Jahrhundert erbaut. Jahrhundert errichtet. Ursprünglich war sie dem Heiligen Martin, später dem Heiligen Mauritius, dem Schutzpatron von Romans, geweiht. Ihr achteckiger Glockenturm wurde während der Revolution abgerissen. Der heutige Glockenturm stammt aus dem Jahr 1857.
