Des chèvres et des abeilles sur l'Aubrac – Argences en Aubrac

Nous sommes une petite exploitation agricole et familiale. Nous (Caroline et Bernard) sommes en GAEC depuis 2011. Notre production principale est l'élevage de bovins de race Aubrac. Nous avons toujours eu quelques chèvres. Bon d'accord c'était celles de mamie, mais il y a toujours eu des chèvres ici ! Nous avons également un poulailler, depuis quelques temps des ruches et nous cultivons les plantes qui, quand elles ne partent pas dans notre cuisine servent à la fabrication de cosmétiques.

We're a small, family-run farm. We (Caroline and Bernard) have been a GAEC since 2011. Our main production is breeding Aubrac cattle. We've always had a few goats. Okay, they were Grandma's, but there have always been goats here! We also have a henhouse and, for some time now, beehives, and we grow plants which, when they're not going into our cooking, we use to make cosmetics.

Wir sind ein kleiner landwirtschaftlicher Familienbetrieb. Wir (Caroline und Bernard) sind seit 2011 eine GAEC. Unsere Hauptproduktion ist die Zucht von Rindern der Rasse Aubrac. Wir haben schon immer ein paar Ziegen gehalten. Na gut, es waren die von Oma, aber Ziegen gab es hier schon immer! Wir haben auch einen Hühnerstall, seit einiger Zeit Bienenstöcke und wir bauen Pflanzen an, die, wenn sie nicht in unsere Küche wandern, zur Herstellung von Kosmetika dienen.

Wij zijn een kleine familieboerderij. Wij (Caroline en Bernard) zijn een GAEC sinds 2011. Onze hoofdproductie is het fokken van Aubrac-runderen. We hebben altijd al een paar geiten gehad. Oké, ze waren van oma, maar er zijn hier altijd geiten geweest! We hebben ook een kippenhok en sinds enige tijd bijenkorven, en we kweken planten die we, als ze niet in onze keuken worden gebruikt, gebruiken om cosmetica van te maken.

Somos una pequeña granja familiar. Nosotros (Caroline y Bernard) somos un GAEC desde 2011. Nuestra producción principal es la cría de ganado Aubrac. Siempre hemos tenido algunas cabras. Vale, eran de la abuela, ¡pero aquí siempre ha habido cabras! También tenemos un gallinero y, desde hace algún tiempo, colmenas, y cultivamos plantas que, cuando no van a nuestra cocina, utilizamos para hacer cosméticos.

Siamo una piccola azienda agricola a conduzione familiare. Noi (Caroline e Bernard) siamo una BCAA dal 2011. La nostra produzione principale è l'allevamento di bovini di razza Aubrac. Abbiamo sempre avuto qualche capra. Ok, erano della nonna, ma qui le capre ci sono sempre state! Abbiamo anche un pollaio e, da qualche tempo, degli alveari, e coltiviamo piante che, quando non vanno in cucina, utilizziamo per produrre cosmetici.
