Description
La chapelle de la Brèche fut d’abord construite en 1932 et s‘appelait alors la Chapelle des Baigneurs. Elle fut endommagée pendant le Débarquement du 6 Juin 1944. Les paroissiens riverains décidèrent et financèrent la construction de cette nouvelle chapelle en 1954. Cette très belle chapelle a reçu le label "Patrimoine du XXe siècle" en 2004.

The De la Brèche chapel was first built in 1932 and was then called the Chapelle des Baigneurs. It was damaged during the D-Day landings on June 6, 1944. In order to cope with the harsh winter, some inhabitants came to collect the planks of the Chapelle des Baigneurs to keep warm. The local parishioners decided and financed the construction of this new chapel in 1954. This beautiful chapel received the label "Heritage of the 20th century" in 2004.

Die Chapelle de la Brèche wurde erstmals 1932 erbaut und hieß damals Chapelle des Baigneurs. Sie wurde während der Landung der Alliierten am 6. Juni 1944 beschädigt. Die anliegenden Gemeindemitglieder beschlossen und finanzierten den Bau der neuen Kapelle im Jahr 1954. Diese sehr schöne Kapelle erhielt 2004 das Label "Patrimoine du XXe siècle" (Kulturerbe des 20. Jahrhunderts).

La Chapelle de la Brèche se construyó por primera vez en 1932 y entonces se llamaba Chapelle des Baigneurs. Resultó dañada durante el desembarco del 6 de junio de 1944. Los feligreses locales decidieron y financiaron la construcción de esta nueva capilla en 1954. Esta hermosa capilla recibió el sello de "Patrimonio del siglo XX" en 2004.

I parrocchiani locali decisero e finanziarono la costruzione di questa nuova cappella nel 1954. Questa bellissima cappella è stata insignita del marchio "Patrimonio del XX secolo" nel 2004.
