Der Chefkoch Fabrice RUFFAUX arbeitet mit lokalen Produzenten zusammen und ändert seine Karte alle zwei Monate, wobei er eine neu interpretierte lothringische Küche anbietet. Spannung bei jedem Öffnen der Karte! Sie werden von seiner Frau Stéphanie und seinem Team in einem charmanten Raum mit weit auseinander stehenden Tischen herzlich empfangen.
