Dishes are prepared with fresh, seasonal produce, using authentic recipes and traditional techniques. The restaurant is open for lunch every day except Thursday, and on Saturday evenings. The bar follows the same opening hours, and is also open on Friday evenings. Advance reservations are recommended for the restaurant.

Das Restaurant ist jeden Mittag außer donnerstags geöffnet, ebenso wie am Samstagabend. Die Bar hat die gleichen Öffnungszeiten und ist auch am Freitagabend geöffnet. Es wird empfohlen, für das Restaurant im Voraus zu reservieren.

El restaurante abre al mediodía todos los días, excepto los jueves, y los sábados por la noche. El bar tiene el mismo horario y también abre los viernes por la noche. Il bar segue gli stessi orari ed è aperto anche il venerdì sera. Per il ristorante è consigliabile prenotare in anticipo.
