Le Colibri est le restaurant de l’Oiseau-Mouche, projet roubaisien atypique qui comprend une compagnie, un théâtre et un restaurant. Le Colibri propose une cuisine bistronomique, gourmande et généreuse. Le chef David Lemoine et son équipe de cuisiniers et serveurs ont à cœur de travailler des produits frais et de saison, en privilégiant les circuits courts dès que possible, avec un véritable engagement sur le fait-maison. Le restaurant travaille également à l’obtention du label commerce zéro déchet.

Chef David Lemoine and his team of cooks and waiters are committed to working with fresh, seasonal produce, favoring short distribution channels wherever possible, with a real commitment to home-cooking. The restaurant is also working towards obtaining the "commerce zéro déchet" (zero waste) label.
