First of all this restaurant is the story of a father and his son, both being very dedicated to traditional cuisine using local and seasonal products, with organic and/or red label certification. It’s about having the best quality/value for money as has always been the tradition of the local cuisine, a return to the source in other words, to the good old recipes of the past, the flavours of the South… All of it in a magnificent environment that makes nature the centre of the scene!

« Die Kunst der Flamme » ist zu allererst einmal die Geschichte eines Vaters und seines Sohnes, die beide die traditionelle Küche lieben und mit Produkten der Saison sowie der Gegend (bio und/oder label rouge) arbeiten. Sie sind immer auf der Suche nach dem besten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, achten die Traditionen der hiesigen Küche mit den Rezepten der Groβmütter… und das alles in einer fantastischen Umgebung, in der die Natur so richtig zur Geltung kommt!
