"La Paix" restaurant is renowned for its good food which attracts food lovers and gourmets alike. Its cuisine is innovative and reinvents traditional regional dishes. In summer you can enjoy local specialities on the patio by the swimming pool. The hotel is also "Qualité Hérault" approved in the “Hébergement” (“Accommodation”) category. Specialities include: Organic Labeil Trout, Rice Pudding and Caramelised Apples.
