LA COQUERIE – Sète

Une vue imprenable depuis le Mont St Clair, la Méditerranée en toile de fond, le bleu de la mer comme décoration… un cadre incomparable, la Coquerie ça commence comme ça ! Un intérieur soigné, de grandes baies vitrées, une terrasse privilégiée : « juste au bord de la mer à deux pas des flots bleus » dirait le poète. Ca respire, c’est lumineux, à la Coquerie, la cuisine est centrale, physiquement, gustativement, au centre de toutes les attentions, elle est fraîche, gourmande, savoureuse, amicale… La coquerie c’est un cadre intime : parce que les places sont limitées, mais surtout parce que l’on s’y sent comme chez soi ! Intimiste, mais pas intimidant, pas de chichi, on se veut accueillant : cuisine ouverte, vin de copains, la rencontre se fait sur le bout de la table, comme dans le creux de l’assiette.

A well-kept interior, large bay windows, a privileged terrace: "right by the sea, a stone's throw from the blue waves", as the poet would say. It breathes, it is luminous, at La Coquerie, the kitchen is central, physically, gustatory, at the centre of all the attentions, it is fresh, greedy, tasty, friendly… The galley is an intimate setting: because places are limited, but above all because it feels like home! Intimate, but not intimidating, no fuss, we want to be welcoming: open kitchen, wine of friends, the meeting is made on the end of the table, as in the hollow of the plate.

Ein atemberaubender Blick vom Mont St. Clair, das Mittelmeer im Hintergrund, das Blau des Meeres als Dekoration… eine unvergleichliche Umgebung – so fängt La Coquerie an! Eine gepflegte Einrichtung, große Fensterfronten, eine privilegierte Terrasse: "direkt am Meer, zwei Schritte von den blauen Wellen entfernt", würde der Dichter sagen. In La Coquerie steht die Küche im Mittelpunkt, physisch, geschmacklich, im Zentrum aller Aufmerksamkeit, sie ist frisch, lecker, schmackhaft, freundlich… La Coquerie ist ein intimer Rahmen: Weil die Plätze begrenzt sind, aber vor allem, weil man sich hier wie zu Hause fühlt! Intim, aber nicht einschüchternd, kein Chichi, wir wollen einladend sein: offene Küche, Wein von Freunden, die Begegnung findet am Ende des Tisches statt, wie in der Vertiefung des Tellers.

Een verzorgd interieur, grote erkers, een bevoorrecht terras: "aan zee, op een steenworp afstand van de blauwe golven", zoals de dichter zou zeggen. Het ademt, het is helder, bij La Coquerie staat de keuken centraal, fysiek, gustatief, in het centrum van alle aandacht, het is vers, gulzig, lekker, vriendelijk… La Coquerie is een intiem kader: omdat de plaatsen beperkt zijn, maar vooral omdat het voelt als thuis! Intiem, maar niet intimiderend, geen poespas, we willen gastvrij zijn: open keuken, wijn van vrienden, de ontmoeting gebeurt op het einde van de tafel, zoals in de holte van het bord.

Respira, es luminosa, en La Coquerie, la cocina es central, física, gustativamente, en el centro de todas las atenciones, es fresca, golosa, sabrosa, amable… La Coquerie es un lugar íntimo: porque las plazas son limitadas, pero sobre todo porque se siente como en casa Íntimo, pero no intimidante, sin aspavientos, queremos ser acogedores: cocina abierta, vino de amigos, la reunión se hace en el extremo de la mesa, como en el hueco del plato.

Interni curati, grandi finestre a golfo, una terrazza privilegiata: "proprio in riva al mare, a due passi dall'azzurro delle onde", come direbbe il poeta. Respira, è luminosa, a La Coquerie la cucina è centrale, fisicamente, gustativamente, al centro di tutte le attenzioni, è fresca, golosa, saporita, amichevole… La Coquerie è un ambiente intimo: perché i posti sono limitati, ma soprattutto perché ci si sente a casa! Intimo, ma non intimidatorio, senza fronzoli, vogliamo essere accoglienti: cucina aperta, vino di amici, l'incontro si fa a fine tavola, come nell'incavo del piatto.
