L’Auberge du Tilleul propose une cuisine traditionnelle élaborée avec des produits locaux, dans un village au cœur de la Châtaigneraie Cantalienne, et à quelques kilomètres d'Aurillac.

L’Auberge du Tilleul serves traditional cuisine made with local produce, in a village at the heart of the Cantal Chestnut Forest, just a few kilometres from Aurillac. Open daily from 11 am to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 11 pm. We offer an original, refined and regional cuisine that blends Cantalian specialities with the chef’s own inspiration, showcasing local seasonal produce. Each month we will be hosting themed weekends, in collaboration with local producers and artists. We are also available to cater for your family meals, family reunions, birthdays, cocktail receptions, and more.

Die Auberge du Tilleul bietet eine traditionelle Küche mit lokalen Produkten in einem Dorf im Herzen der Châtaigneraie Cantalienne und nur wenige Kilometer von Aurillac entfernt.

L’Auberge du Tilleul serveert traditionele gerechten, bereid met lokale producten, in een dorpje in het hart van de Châtaigneraie Cantalienne, op enkele kilometers van Aurillac. Dagelijks geopend van 11 tot 14 uur en van 19 tot 23 uur. Wij bieden u een originele, verfijnde en streekgebonden keuken, waarin specialiteiten uit de Cantal worden gecombineerd met de inspiratie van de chef, waarbij de nadruk ligt op lokale streekproducten en de seizoenen. Elke maand organiseren wij themawekenenden, in samenwerking met producenten en kunstenaars. Wij staan ook tot uw beschikking voor uw familiediners, reünies, verjaardagen, aperitief-diners, enz.
