Comme le meilleur déchet est celui qu’on ne produit pas, l’énergie la plus écologique est celle que l’on ne consomme pas… On expérimente des cuissons et mode de conservation alternatifs et low-tech : Un four solaire, des marmites norvégiennes, un séchoir solaire… POURQUOI AVOIR FAIT LE CHOIX DE PLATS EXCLUSIVEMENT VÉGÉTARIENS ?
