Je vous invite à partager mon quotidien le temps d'une marée en embarquant sur ma plate ostréicole "Alist-er". A bord, nous sommes 6 au maximum, 5 hôtes et moi-même. J'ai toujours "baigné" dans le métier et mon frère est également ostréiculteur. Après avoir embarqué, on sort au ralenti, en suivant le chenal entre vasières et prés salés en direction de mes parcs : Grands Banc (Ile aux Oiseaux) ou Banc d'Arguin, en fonction du travail à faire : pose de collecteurs de naissains, dédoublement des poches d'huîtres, nettoyage des parcs. A l'issue de la marée, vous dégusterez mes huîtres, que j'élève de A à Z. Alors, je vous attends pour vivre un peu "ma vie, mon Bassin" !

Ich lade Sie ein, meinen Alltag für die Dauer einer Gezeitenperiode zu teilen, indem Sie sich auf meiner Austernplattform "Alist-er" einschiffen An Bord sind wir maximal sechs Personen, fünf Gäste und ich. Ich habe schon immer in diesem Beruf "gebadet" und mein Bruder ist ebenfalls Austernzüchter. Nachdem wir an Bord gegangen sind, fahren wir im Zeitlupentempo hinaus und folgen dem Fahrwasser zwischen Watt und Salzwiesen in Richtung meiner Parks: Grands Banc (Ile aux Oiseaux) oder Banc d'Arguin, je nachdem, welche Arbeit zu erledigen ist: Anbringen von Brutsammlern, Aufteilen der Austerntaschen, Säubern der Parks. Am Ende der Gezeiten werden Sie meine Austern probieren, die ich von A bis Z züchte. Ich erwarte Sie also, um ein wenig "mein Leben, mein Becken" zu erleben!

Ik nodig u uit om mijn dagelijks leven tijdens een getij te delen door mee te gaan op mijn oesterkwekerij "Alist-er" Aan boord zijn we met maximaal 6 personen, 5 gastheren en ikzelf. Ik heb altijd in het vak gezeten en mijn broer is ook oesterkweker. Na het inschepen vertrekken we in een langzaam tempo, waarbij we de vaargeul tussen slikken en schorren volgen in de richting van mijn bedden: Grand Banc (Ile aux Oiseaux) of Banc d'Arguin, afhankelijk van het werk dat gedaan moet worden: het leggen van zaadvangers, het splitsen van oesterzakken, het schoonmaken van de bedden. Aan het eind van het tij proef je mijn oesters, die ik van A tot Z kweek. Dus, ik wacht tot je een beetje "mijn leven, mijn Basin" leeft!
