Innover avec l'AGRICULTURE SYNTROPIQUE – Sainte-Suzanne-et-Chammes

A l’issue du stage, vous serez en mesure de comprendre les principes fondamentaux de l’agroforesterie syntropique et des leviers d’abondance, distinguer les notions de stratifications, successions des végétaux et perturbations afin de savoir les appliquer au sein de votre projet, comprendre les techniques disponibles pour l’implantation d’une parcelle ultra productive (semis, bouturage,…) et utiliser un tableau de successions par strate adapté à la production de légumes, petits fruits et au verger. Le stage se déroule sur 3 jours au cœur de l'Oasis Gourmande à Sainte Suzanne sur 5000 m² d'expérimentation : jardin-forêt en agroforesterie syntropique, potager sur sol vivant enrichi en LiFoFer (Litière Forestière Fermentée), haies mellifères et fructifères, rucher écologique, micro-pépinière…

At the end of the course, you will be able to understand the fundamental principles of syntropic agroforestry and the levers of abundance, distinguish between the notions of stratification, plant succession and disturbance in order to know how to apply them to your project, understand the techniques available for setting up an ultra-productive plot (sowing, cuttings, etc.) and use a table of successions by stratum adapted to vegetable, small fruit and orchard production. The course takes place over 3 days at the heart of the Oasis Gourmande in Sainte Suzanne, on a 5,000 m² experimental plot: forest garden in syntropic agroforestry, vegetable garden on living soil enriched with LiFoFer (Fermented Forest Litter), melliferous and fruit-bearing hedges, ecological apiary, micro-nursery…

Nach Abschluss des Kurses werden Sie in der Lage sein, die Grundprinzipien der syntropischen Agroforstwirtschaft und der Abundanzhebel zu verstehen, die Begriffe Schichten, Pflanzenabfolge und Störungen zu unterscheiden und sie in Ihrem Projekt anzuwenden, die verfügbaren Techniken zur Anlage einer hochproduktiven Parzelle (Aussaat, Stecklinge, …) zu verstehen und eine Tabelle der Schichtenabfolge zu verwenden, die für die Produktion von Gemüse, Beeren und Obstbäumen geeignet ist. Der Kurs findet an drei Tagen im Herzen der Oasis Gourmande in Sainte Suzanne auf 5000 m² Versuchsfläche statt: Waldgarten mit syntropischer Agroforstwirtschaft, Gemüsegarten auf lebendem Boden, der mit LiFoFer (Litière Forestière Fermentée) angereichert ist, Honig- und Fruchthecken, ökologischer Bienenstock, Mikropinienhain…

Aan het einde van de cursus ben je in staat om de basisprincipes van syntropische agroforestry en de hefbomen van overvloed te begrijpen, onderscheid te maken tussen de concepten van gelaagdheid, plantopvolging en verstoring om ze te kunnen toepassen op je project, begrijp je de beschikbare technieken voor het opzetten van een ultraproductief perceel (zaaien, stekken, enz.) en gebruik je een opvolgingstabel per laag die is aangepast aan de productie van groenten, klein fruit en boomgaarden. De cursus vindt plaats gedurende 3 dagen in het hart van de Oasis Gourmande in Sainte Suzanne, met 5.000 m² aan experimenten: een syntropische boslandbouwtuin, een moestuin op levende grond verrijkt met LiFoFer (Gefermenteerd Bosstrooisel), honing- en fruitdragende hagen, een ecologische bijenstal, een microkwekerij, enz.

Al final del curso, podrá comprender los principios fundamentales de la agroforestería sintrópica y las palancas de la abundancia, distinguir entre los conceptos de estratificación, sucesión vegetal y perturbación para poder aplicarlos a su proyecto, conocer las técnicas disponibles para poner en marcha una parcela ultraproductiva (siembra, esquejes, etc.) y utilizar una tabla de sucesiones por estrato adaptada a la producción de hortalizas, pequeños frutos y huertos. El curso se desarrolla a lo largo de 3 días en el corazón del Oasis Gourmande de Sainte Suzanne, con 5.000 m² de experimentos: un huerto forestal agroforestal sintrópico, un huerto sobre suelo vivo enriquecido con LiFoFer (Lecho Forestal Fermentado), setos melíferos y frutales, un colmenar ecológico, un micro vivero, etc.

Al termine del corso, sarete in grado di comprendere i principi fondamentali dell'agroforesta sintropica e le leve dell'abbondanza, di distinguere i concetti di stratificazione, successione vegetale e perturbazione per poterli applicare al vostro progetto, di comprendere le tecniche disponibili per l'allestimento di un appezzamento ultra-produttivo (semina, talee, ecc.) e di utilizzare una tabella delle successioni per strato adatta alla produzione di ortaggi, piccoli frutti e frutteti. Il corso si svolge in 3 giorni nel cuore dell'Oasis Gourmande di Sainte Suzanne, con 5.000 m² di esperimenti: un orto forestale agroforestale sintropico, un orto su terreno vivo arricchito con LiFoFer (lettiera forestale fermentata), siepi mellifere e fruttifere, un apiario ecologico, un micro-nido, ecc.
