Atelier CycloShow – Châteauroux

L'atelier Cycloshow constitue une approche originale, ludique et interactive, pour se questionner, se découvrir, se connaître. Les filles prennent place autour d’une grande « scène » et le Cyclo « Show » les invite à une représentation du cycle féminin. Les filles sont à la fois spectatrices et actrices de ce qui se passe dans leur corps grâce à des jeux de rôles, des histoires, de la musique, des surprises… Un vocabulaire à la fois poétique et scientifique leur permet de comprendre simplement ce qui se passe en elles. Les filles restent avec leur maman toute la journée (à l’exception d’une heure où elles sont entre elles et avec l’animatrice). Des petits temps d’échanges ponctuent cet atelier ; ils sont source d’une plus grande complicité mère-fille.

The Cycloshow workshop is an original, fun and interactive approach to questioning, discovering and getting to know oneself. The girls take their places around a large "stage", and the Cyclo "Show" invites them to a representation of the female cycle. Through role-playing, stories, music and surprises, the girls are both spectators and actors in what's happening inside their bodies A vocabulary that's both poetic and scientific enables them to simply understand what's going on inside them. The girls stay with their mom all day (except for one hour when they are with each other and with the animator). This workshop is punctuated by short exchanges, which are a source of greater mother-daughter complicity.

Der Workshop Cycloshow ist ein origineller, spielerischer und interaktiver Ansatz, um sich selbst zu hinterfragen, zu entdecken und kennenzulernen. Die Mädchen nehmen um eine große "Bühne" herum Platz und die Cyclo "Show" lädt sie zu einer Darstellung des weiblichen Zyklus ein. Die Mädchen sind gleichzeitig Zuschauerinnen und Akteurinnen dessen, was in ihrem Körper passiert, dank Rollenspielen, Geschichten, Musik, Überraschungen? Door middel van rollenspel, verhalen, muziek en verrassingen zijn de meisjes zowel toeschouwers als acteurs in wat er in hun lichaam gebeurt Een woordenschat die zowel poëtisch als wetenschappelijk is, stelt hen in staat om in eenvoudige bewoordingen te begrijpen wat er binnenin hen gebeurt. De meisjes blijven de hele dag bij hun moeder (behalve een uur waarin ze bij elkaar en bij de activiteitenbegeleider zijn). Las chicas se colocan alrededor de un gran "escenario" y el "Cycloshow" las invita a participar en una representación del ciclo femenino. A través de juegos de rol, historias, música y sorpresas, las niñas son a la vez espectadoras y actoras de lo que ocurre dentro de sus cuerpos Un vocabulario a la vez poético y científico les permite comprender de forma sencilla lo que ocurre en su interior. Las niñas permanecen con su madre todo el día (excepto una hora en la que están entre ellas y con la animadora). Este taller está salpicado de breves intercambios, que son fuente de un mayor vínculo madre-hija.
