Depuis le lit, observez la nature autour de vous, tout en restant confortablement blottis au chaud… Les enfants ne seront pas en reste et prendront plaisir à dormir dans les niches conçues spécialement à leur intention. L'aventure démarre ! D'1 surface de 30 m², le Kbanon est composé de : – Grande pièce de vie avec 1 lit 2 personnes 180x200cm encastré (type bateau), coffres et espace repas pour 5 personnes avec banc et tabourets. Îlot de cuisine avec plaque 2 feux induction, évier, véritable four combiné micro-ondes, petit réfrigérateur et climatisation réversible. Coin nuit avec 2 niches : la 1ère, en bas, avec 1 lit 2 personnes 140x190cm et la seconde, en hauteur, avec 1 lit 100x200cm. – Salle d'eau avec douche type italienne 80x163cm, vasque et WC. Grande terrasse privative avec belle vue sur la vallée, salon de jardin, plancha, douche extérieure et fauteuil suspendu. Terrain de pétanque privatif avec bains de soleil. Les propriétaires habitent en contre-haut du Kbanon (terrain pentu en restanques – pas de vis-à-vis) et vous partagent leur piscine (4x8m, profondeur 1,4m, accessible du 01/05 au 15/10 de 10h à 20h). 1 bonne condition physique est nécessaire pour l'accès au gîte et à la piscine, eu égard à l'inclinaison du terrain et aux marches à grimper. Les randonneurs apprécieront la proximité immédiate d'un GR à 50m. Tout inclus : climatisation réversible, ménage de fin de séjour, draps et linge de toilette. Animaux acceptés gratuitement sous conditions : 1 animal maximum, pas de chiens catégorisés. Parking public en contrebas du gîte.

With a surface area of 30 m², the Kbanon is composed of: – Large living room with 1 built-in double bed 180x200cm (boat type), chests and dining area for 5 people with bench and stools. Kitchen island with 2-burner induction hob, sink, real combination microwave oven, small fridge and reversible air conditioning. Sleeping area with 2 niches: the 1st, downstairs, with 1 double bed 140x190cm and the second, upstairs, with 1 bed 100x200cm. – Shower room with Italian type shower 80x163cm, washbasin and WC. Large private terrace with beautiful view of the valley, garden furniture, plancha, outdoor shower and hanging chair. Private petanque ground with sun loungers. The owners live above the Kbanon (sloping terraced land – not overlooked) and share their swimming pool with you (4x8m, depth 1.4m, accessible from 01/06 to 30/09). A good physical condition is necessary for access to the gîte and the swimming pool, given the slope of the ground and the steps to climb. Hikers will appreciate the immediate proximity of a GR at 50m. All included: reversible air conditioning, end of stay cleaning, sheets and towels. Animals accepted free of charge under conditions: 1 animal maximum, no categorized dogs. Public car park below the gîte.

Mit einer Fläche von 30 m² besteht das Kbanon aus: – Großes Wohnzimmer mit 1 eingebauten Doppelbett 180x200cm (Bootstyp), Truhen und Essbereich für 5 Personen mit Bank und Hockern. Kücheninsel mit 2-Flammen-Induktionskochfeld, Spüle, echtem Kombi-Mikrowellenherd, kleinem Kühlschrank und umschaltbarer Klimaanlage. Schlafbereich mit 2 Nischen: die 1. im Erdgeschoss mit 1 Doppelbett 140 x 190 cm und die zweite im Obergeschoss mit 1 Bett 100 x 200 cm. – Duschraum mit italienischer Dusche 80x163cm, Waschbecken und WC. Große private Terrasse mit schöner Aussicht auf das Tal, Gartenmöbel, Plancha, Außendusche und Hängesessel. Privater Bouleplatz mit Sonnenliegen. Die Eigentümer wohnen oberhalb des Kbanon (abfallendes Terrassengrundstück – nicht einsehbar) und teilen ihr Schwimmbad mit Ihnen (4x8m, Tiefe 1,4m, zugänglich vom 01.06. bis 30.09.). Für den Zugang zur Gîte und zum Schwimmbad ist eine gute körperliche Verfassung aufgrund der Neigung des Geländes und der zu besteigenden Stufen erforderlich. Wanderer werden die unmittelbare Nähe eines GR auf 50 m zu schätzen wissen. Alles inklusive: umschaltbare Klimaanlage, Endreinigung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Tiere werden unter folgenden Bedingungen kostenlos akzeptiert: Maximal 1 Tier, keine kategorisierten Hunde. Öffentlicher Parkplatz unterhalb der Unterkunft.

Groot privé terras met prachtig uitzicht over de vallei, tuinmeubilair, plancha, buitendouche en hangstoel. Eigen petanquebaan met ligstoelen. De eigenaren wonen boven de Kbanon (hellende terrassen – vrij uitzicht) en delen hun zwembad met u (4x8m, diepte 1,4m, toegankelijk van 01/06 tot 30/09). Een goede fysieke conditie is noodzakelijk voor toegang tot de gîte en het zwembad, gezien de helling van de grond en de te beklimmen trappen. Wandelaars zullen de onmiddellijke nabijheid van een GR op 50 meter waarderen. Alles inbegrepen: omkeerbare airconditioning, eindschoonmaak, lakens en handdoeken. Dieren gratis geaccepteerd onder voorwaarden: maximaal 1 dier, geen gecategoriseerde honden. Openbare parkeerplaats onder de gîte.

Gran terraza privada con hermosa vista del valle, muebles de jardín, plancha, ducha exterior y silla colgante. Terreno de petanca privado con tumbonas. Los propietarios viven encima del Kbanon (terreno inclinado en terrazas, sin vecinos) y comparten su piscina con usted (4x8m, profundidad 1,4m, accesible del 01/06 al 30/09). Es necesaria una buena condición física para acceder a la casa rural ya la piscina, dada la pendiente del terreno y los escalones a subir. Los senderistas apreciarán la proximidad inmediata de un GR a 50m. Todo incluido: aire acondicionado reversible, limpieza final de estancia, sábanas y toallas. Se aceptan animales sin cargo bajo condiciones: 1 animal máximo, no perros categorizados. Aparcamiento público debajo de la casa rural.

Grande terrazza privata con splendida vista sulla valle, mobili da giardino, plancha, doccia esterna e poltrona sospesa. Campo da bocce privato con lettini. I proprietari vivono sopra il Kbanon (terreno terrazzato in pendenza – non trascurato) e condividono con voi la loro piscina (4x8m, profondità 1,4m, accessibile dal 01/06 al 30/09). Per l'accesso al gîte e alla piscina è necessaria una buona condizione fisica, data la pendenza del terreno e le scale da salire. Gli escursionisti apprezzeranno l'immediata vicinanza di un GR a 50 m. Tutto incluso: aria condizionata reversibile, pulizia di fine soggiorno, lenzuola e asciugamani.
