Le terrain boisé non clos fait plus de 2 hectares et dispose d'une mare sur place. Possibilité d'initiation à la pêche. Les propriétaires habitent à proximité. This light, spacious gîte is in an unspoilt natural setting in the heart of Sologne, 2km from Sennely. It is in a building in typical local style, on the edge of the Sologne forests with a large, private non-enclosed garden area. The owners live nearby. The ground floor offers full wheelchair access. Large kitchen/dining room, lounge, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room and toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 2 single bunk beds, 1 cot), shower room and toilet for each. Es befindet sich in einem für die Region typischen Gebäude am Rande des Solognote-Waldes und öffnet sich zu einer großen, privaten, nicht eingezäunten Grünfläche. Das nicht eingezäunte Waldgrundstück ist über 2 Hektar groß und verfügt über einen Teich vor Ort. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, eine Einführung ins Angeln zu erhalten.
