A large, bright, open-plan living room opens onto a pleasant terrace. A large attic bedroom is located upstairs, with TV, desk and storage space. A smaller bedroom with cupboard is on the first floor, next to the shower room with large column shower and WC. The washing machine is in a storeroom.
