Le logement est climatisé Si vous êtes nombreux, vous pouvez louer, en plus, pour 6, du coup, sur le studio ( 2 personnes) "Monjolicoin délicieux" qui est attenant juste derrière cette maison…. et pour 8/10 car un voisin loue son gite (2 à 4 personnes) à 50 m. La maison est composée au rez-de-chaussée : d'une pièce très lumineuse : 4 fenêtres : séjour et cuisine et climatisation réversible – A l'entrée un poêle (pour novembre ! ): un vestiaire pour manteaux et chapeaux et un meuble à chaussures. – La cuisine est équipé d'une gazinière, un réfrigérateur-congélateur, un lave vaisselle, hotte, micro-onde, cafetière et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, . – Le séjour comprend : une table et 4 chaises. Un canapé très confortable. une tablette et une lampe, une table basse, un téléviseur, 2 hauts tabourets donnant sur la tablette entre le séjour et la cuisine – La salle d'eau comprend le lavabo, la douche, le WC et un lave linge. (un étendoir est prévu à l'extérieur pensez à le demander). A l'étage : climatisation réversible sur Une grande chambre sous toit donc pentue; très grande mais on ne peut pas se tenir debout sur les bords, très lumineuse car 3 fenêtres. un lit double et 2 petits lits sur un lit gigogne avec literie de qualité pour de bonnes nuits. Le village offre possibilités de ballades et randonnées : 14 fontaines, forêts, table d'orientation avec vue exceptionnelle, pétanque …. ● à 10 mn des 2 plages de ST ROME de TARN ( une sur chaque rive) avec guinguettes : baignades, canoë, Pédalo….sur le Tarn. de PEYRE (plus beau village de France et Église troglodyte), de CASTELNAU PÉGAYROLS village médiéval. de COMPRÉGNAC et sa maison de la Truffe. ● à 25 mn de MILLAU : Beffroi, parapentes…., tout à côté magnifique cascade de CREISSELS, ST AFFRIQUE et sa cathédrale. ● à 20 à 30 mn des grands LACS : Pareloup, Levezou, Villefranche de Panat; tour du lac, baignades….. The accommodation is air-conditioned. If there are a lot of you, you can also rent the "Monjolicoin délicieux" studio (for 2 people), which is right behind this house, for a total of 6 people…. and for 8–10 people, since a neighbor rents out their cottage (sleeps 2–4 people) 50 m away. A very comfortable sofa, a shelf with a lamp, a coffee table, a TV, and 2 high stools facing the shelf between the living room and the kitchen – The bathroom includes a sink, shower, toilet, and a washing machine. (A clothesline is available outside—please ask for it.) Upstairs: reversible air conditioning in a large attic bedroom with a sloped ceiling; very spacious but you can’t stand upright at the edges, very bright thanks to three windows. One double bed and two small beds on a pull-out bed, with high-quality bedding for a good night’s sleep. Dressers and chairs for storing your belongings. A toilet. There is a square with free parking across from the house. The road is at the top of the village, so it’s very quiet. Das Haus verfügt im Erdgeschoss über: einen sehr hellen Raum mit 4 Fenstern: Wohnzimmer und Küche sowie eine umschaltbare Klimaanlage – Im Eingangsbereich ein Ofen (für November!): eine Garderobe für Mäntel und Hüte sowie ein Schuhschrank. – Die Küche ist mit einem Gasherd, einem Kühl-Gefrierkombination, einem Geschirrspüler, einer Dunstabzugshaube, einer Mikrowelle, einer Kaffeemaschine und allem Notwendigen zum Kochen ausgestattet. – Das Wohnzimmer umfasst: einen Tisch und 4 Stühle. Ein sehr bequemes Sofa, ein Regal mit einer Lampe, einen Couchtisch, einen Fernseher sowie 2 hohe Hocker, die zum Regal zwischen Wohnzimmer und Küche hin ausgerichtet sind. – Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein Waschbecken, eine Dusche, ein WC und eine Waschmaschine. (Ein Wäscheständer steht im Außenbereich bereit – bitte fragen Sie danach.) Im Obergeschoss: Klimaanlage mit Heizfunktion in einem großen Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach, daher mit schräger Decke; sehr groß, aber an den Rändern kann man nicht aufrecht stehen, sehr hell dank 3 Fenstern. Ein Doppelbett und zwei kleine Betten auf einem Ausziehbett mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche für erholsame Nächte. Kommoden und Stühle, um Ihre Sachen abzustellen. Ein WC. Het huis bestaat op de begane grond uit: een zeer lichte ruimte met 4 ramen: woonkamer en keuken, voorzien van omkeerbare airconditioning – Bij de ingang een kachel (voor november!): een garderobe voor jassen en hoeden en een schoenenkast. – De keuken is uitgerust met een gasfornuis, een koel-vriescombinatie, een vaatwasser, een afzuigkap, een magnetron, een koffiezetapparaat en alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken. – De woonkamer bestaat uit: een tafel en 4 stoelen. Een zeer comfortabele bank, een plank met een lamp, een salontafel, een televisie en 2 hoge krukken die uitkomen op de plank tussen de woonkamer en de keuken – De badkamer is voorzien van een wastafel, douche, toilet en een wasmachine. (Er is buiten een droogrek aanwezig; vraag er gerust naar). La casa consta, en la planta baja, de: una estancia muy luminosa con 4 ventanas: salón y cocina, y aire acondicionado reversible – En la entrada, una estufa (¡para noviembre!): un armario para abrigos y gorros y un zapatero. – La cocina está equipada con una cocina de gas, un frigorífico-congelador, un lavavajillas, campana extractora, microondas, cafetera y todo lo necesario para cocinar. – El salón cuenta con: una mesa y 4 sillas. Un sofá muy cómodo, una estantería y una lámpara, una mesa de centro, un televisor y dos taburetes altos que dan a la estantería situada entre el salón y la cocina. – El cuarto de baño cuenta con lavabo, ducha, inodoro y lavadora. (Hay un tendedero en el exterior; no olvides pedirlo). En la planta superior: aire acondicionado reversible en un amplio dormitorio abuhardillado, por lo que tiene techo inclinado; muy amplio, aunque no se puede estar de pie en los bordes, y muy luminoso gracias a sus tres ventanas. Una cama doble y dos camas pequeñas en una cama nido con ropa de cama de calidad para disfrutar de buenas noches de sueño. Cómodas y sillas para dejar sus cosas. Un aseo. En el exterior: terraza frente al viaducto con una mesa, cuatro sillas y una sombrilla Acceso para los viajeros La casa se encuentra en «le bourg», es decir, en la ladera de la colina, en el casco antiguo del pueblo. Hay una plaza con aparcamiento gratuito frente a la casa. La calle está en la parte alta del pueblo, por lo que es muy tranquila. El pueblo ofrece posibilidades para dar paseos y hacer senderismo: 14 fuentes, bosques, un mirador con unas vistas excepcionales, petanca… ? A 10 minutos de las dos playas de Saint-Rome-de-Tarn (una en cada orilla) con bares al aire libre: baño, piragüismo, hidropedal… en el río Tarn. de PEYRE (el pueblo más bonito de Francia y su iglesia troglodita), de CASTELNAU-PÉGAYROLS, pueblo medieval. de COMPRIGNAC y su Casa de la Trufa. A unos 25 minutos de MILLAU: campanario, parapente…, y muy cerca la magnífica cascada de CREISSELS, ST AFFRIQUE y su catedral. ? La casa è composta al piano terra da: una stanza molto luminosa con 4 finestre: soggiorno e cucina, con aria condizionata reversibile – All’ingresso una stufa (per novembre!): un guardaroba per cappotti e cappelli e una scarpiera. – La cucina è dotata di fornelli a gas, frigorifero-congelatore, lavastoviglie, cappa aspirante, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè e tutto il necessario per cucinare. – Il soggiorno comprende: un tavolo e 4 sedie. Un divano molto comodo, una mensola con una lampada, un tavolino, un televisore e 2 sgabelli alti che si affacciano sulla mensola tra il soggiorno e la cucina – Il bagno è dotato di lavabo, doccia, WC e lavatrice. (All’esterno è disponibile uno stendibiancheria: ricordatevi di richiederlo). C’è una piazza con parcheggio gratuito di fronte alla casa. La strada si trova nella parte alta del paese, quindi è molto tranquilla. Il paese offre numerose possibilità di passeggiate ed escursioni: 14 fontane, boschi, una tavola di orientamento con vista eccezionale, bocce… ? A 10 minuti dalle 2 spiagge di ST ROME de TARN (una su ciascuna riva) con locali all’aperto: bagni, canoa, pedalò… sul Tarn. di PEYRE (il più bel villaggio di Francia e la chiesa troglodita), di CASTELNAU-PÉGAYROLS, villaggio medievale. di COMPRIGNAC e la sua Maison de la Truffe.
