Animaux non admis. Installation d'une toiture photovoltaïque de 36kwc , permettant l'autonomie du gîte et d'alimenter en électricité 10 maisons supplémentaires. Création d'une fontaine à cascades lumineuses la nuit. Pour les bambins,  jolie petite roulotte fabriquée par nos soins. Enfin la pergola avec moustiquaire au centre de la pelouse sur la terrasse , pour prendre l’apéritif où se détendre. Abri couvert pour 2 à 3 voitures. Beau terrain clos et jardin avec également équipements pour toute la famille : balançoire, toboggan et terrain de pétanque. In the heart of a hamlet in the Morvan Regional Nature Park, we offer you an old manor house dating from 1903, which has retained its historic character, but has also been renovated using quality materials, set in lovely landscaped grounds of 1,500 m² and benefiting from numerous leisure facilities for spending quality time with the family. Im Herzen eines Weilers im Regionalen Naturpark Morvan bieten wir Ihnen ein altes Herrenhaus aus dem Jahr 1903, das seinen historischen Charakter bewahrt hat, aber auch mit hochwertigen Materialien renoviert wurde. Es liegt auf einem schönen Landschaftsgrundstück von 1500 m² und profitiert von zahlreichen Freizeiteinrichtungen, um angenehme Momente mit der Familie zu verbringen. Unabhängiges und ebenerdiges Ferienhaus mit nur 3 Stufen am Eingang. Wohnraum mit integrierter Küche und Esszimmer. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Kamineinsatz.
