Typique des maisons traditionnelles de la région avec leurs jardins en terrasses, notre maison, restaurée avec charme, est conçue pour accueillir de 6 à 8 personnes dans un cadre spacieux et verdoyant, au coeur du hameau de Concoeur-et-Corboin, entre Nuits-Saint-Georges et Vosne-Romanée. Si vous êtes plus nombreux, nous pouvons aussi vous proposer un petit gîte de 2 personnes, une vraie petite maison de poupée, à la toute proximité. Vous pourrez découvrir le vignoble des Climats de Bourgogne, classé au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco, et les villages avoisinants, les trésors architecturaux et gastronomiques de Dijon et Beaune, mais aussi tout simplement profiter du calme et du confort de l'espace. Tous les commerces sont réunis à Nuits-Saint-Georges, ainsi qu'un grand choix de restaurants et d'activités. In the middle of the vineyard, close to the prestigious villages of Vosne Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges, this charming house has been recently renovated and offers the ideal place to go and visit the wine area, Beaune and the Hospices, Dijon and its historical center. All shopping facilities are available in Nuits-Saint-Georges, and several restaurants offer a variety of food from simple to gastronomic. Wine tasting, walking, swimming, riding, cycling, tennis, golf… Furnished mainly with antiques, the house offers on the first floor a master bedroom with double bed, a second double bedroom and a smaller twin bedroom (can be converted to double), one bathroom with separate shower and bath, separate WC both upstairs and downstairs. The main floor offers a very comfortable living room with open fireplace and bread oven, a smaller TV/reading room with open fireplace (and pull-out couch) opening on the garden and terrace, a huge kitchen/dining room fully equipped with dishwasher,fridge, oven, microwave. All in a truly authentic style, with original stone floors and walls, beams and open fireplaces. The totally enclosed garden offers picturesque views on the rolling countryside of the Hautes Côtes beside the vineyards, and provides shady as well as sunny areas. Terrace for outside eating, garden furniture and BBQ. Live and enjoy the life of a typical French village in a beautiful countryside, close to the architectural and gastronomic treasuries of Dijon and Beaune. Unser charmantes, restauriertes Haus ist typisch für die traditionellen Häuser der Region mit ihren Reihengärten und bietet Platz für 6 bis 8 Personen in einer geräumigen und grünen Umgebung im Herzen des Weilers Concoeur-et-Corboin zwischen Nuits-. Saint-Georges und Vosne-Romanée. Zusätzlich bieten wir ein kleines Häuschen für 2 Personen an, ein echtes kleines Puppenhaus. Sie können den Weinberg Climats de Bourgogne, der zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehört, und die Nachbardörfer, die architektonischen und gastronomischen Schätze von Dijon und Beaune entdecken, aber auch einfach die Ruhe und den Komfort des Raums genießen. Als u talrijker bent, kunnen wij u ook een kleine gîte voor 2 personen aanbieden, een echt poppenhuis, heel dichtbij. U kunt de wijngaarden van de Climats de Bourgogne, geklasseerd als Unesco-werelderfgoed, en de naburige dorpen ontdekken, de architecturale en gastronomische schatten van Dijon en Beaune, maar ook gewoon genieten van de rust en het comfort van de ruimte. Si son más numerosos, también podemos ofrecerles una pequeña casa rural para 2 personas, una verdadera casita de muñecas, muy cerca. Podrá descubrir los viñedos de Climats de Bourgogne, clasificados como Patrimonio Mundial de la Unesco, y los pueblos vecinos, los tesoros arquitectónicos y gastronómicos de Dijon y Beaune, pero también disfrutar simplemente de la calma y la comodidad del espacio. Se siete più numerosi, possiamo anche offrirvi un piccolo gîte per 2 persone, una vera e propria casetta delle bambole, molto vicino. Potrete scoprire i vigneti del Climats de Bourgogne, classificati come patrimonio mondiale dell'Unesco, e i villaggi vicini, i tesori architettonici e gastronomici di Digione e Beaune, ma anche semplicemente godervi la calma e il comfort dello spazio.
