Les Chaumes de Léonie est un chalet moderne d'une capacité totale de 10 personnes, combinant charme et authenticité en pleine nature. Nous accueillons dans le plus grand confort jusqu'à 8 adultes et 2 enfants. Le chalet de conception bio-climatique, est entièrement équipé et décoré avec le plus grand soin. La superficie totale est de 160 m2 habitables sur 3 niveaux . Nous vous accueillons dans 4 chambres de très grand confort avec salles de bains attenantes (3 au total) ainsi qu'une "cabane-dortoir" logeant 2 enfants. A l'entrée du chalet, le Spa situé sur la terrasse du rez-de-jardin vous souhaite la bienvenue. Une fois passé la porte d'entrée en mélèze brut, vous aurez accès à une suite et sa magnifique salle de bain et douche à l'italienne. Au rez-de-chaussée du chalet se trouvent une second suite et salle de bain avec baignoire d'angle, avec accès direct sur la grande terrasse orientée sur la vallée. La cuisine aménagée et son ilot ouvrent sur la grande table de la salle à manger. Le salon d'inspiration contemporaine et cosy se niche entre la cheminée et la terrasse principale exposée au sud. A l'étage se trouvent deux chambres très confortables et leur salle de bains sous les toits, ainsi qu'un "dortoir montagnard" pour les enfants. A l'extérieur du chalet, nous vous proposons un espace de jeux enfants, avec cabane et toboggan, un barbecue pour vos grillades estivales à déguster au soleil confortablement installés sur l'authentique table à manger de la terrasse.

We can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children in total comfort. The bio-climatic chalet is fully equipped and decorated to the highest standards. Total living space is 160 m2 on 3 levels. There are 4 very comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (3 in total), plus a "cabane-dortoir" for 2 children. At the entrance to the chalet, the Spa on the garden level terrace welcomes you. Once through the rough larch entrance door, you'll enter a suite with a magnificent bathroom and walk-in shower. On the first floor of the chalet is a second suite and bathroom with corner bath, with direct access to the large terrace overlooking the valley. The fitted kitchen with its island opens onto the large dining room table. The cosy, contemporary-inspired living room nestles between the fireplace and the main south-facing terrace. Upstairs are two very comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a "mountain dormitory" for children. Outside the chalet, you'll find a children's play area, complete with tree house and slide, and a barbecue for summer grilling in the sun, comfortably seated on the terrace's authentic dining table.

Wir empfangen in höchstem Komfort bis zu 8 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Das bioklimatisch konzipierte Chalet ist vollständig ausgestattet und mit größter Sorgfalt dekoriert. Die Gesamtfläche beträgt 160 m2 Wohnfläche auf 3 Ebenen. Wir empfangen Sie in 4 sehr komfortablen Schlafzimmern mit angrenzenden Badezimmern (3 insgesamt) sowie in einem "Schlafhäuschen", in dem 2 Kinder untergebracht werden können. Am Eingang des Chalets heißt Sie das Spa auf der Terrasse im Gartengeschoss willkommen. Sobald Sie die Eingangstür aus unbehandeltem Lärchenholz passiert haben, haben Sie Zugang zu einer Suite mit einem wunderschönen Badezimmer und einer begehbaren Dusche. Im Erdgeschoss des Chalets befindet sich eine zweite Suite und ein Badezimmer mit Eckbadewanne, mit direktem Zugang zur großen Terrasse mit Blick auf das Tal. Die Einbauküche und ihre Insel öffnen sich auf den großen Esstisch im Esszimmer. Das zeitgenössisch inspirierte und gemütliche Wohnzimmer schmiegt sich zwischen dem Kamin und der nach Süden ausgerichteten Hauptterrasse. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich zwei sehr komfortable Schlafzimmer mit ihren Badezimmern unter dem Dach sowie ein "Bergschlafsaal" für die Kinder. Außerhalb des Chalets bieten wir Ihnen einen Kinderspielplatz mit Spielhaus und Rutsche sowie einen Grill für Ihre sommerlichen Grillspezialitäten, die Sie in der Sonne gemütlich am authentischen Esstisch auf der Terrasse genießen können.

De totale leefruimte is 160 m2 verdeeld over 3 verdiepingen. Er zijn 4 zeer comfortabele slaapkamers met en-suite badkamers (3 in totaal) en een "cabane-dortoir" voor 2 kinderen. Bij de ingang van het chalet heet de Spa je welkom op het terras op tuinniveau. Eenmaal door de ruwe lariks toegangsdeur, heb je toegang tot een suite met een prachtige badkamer en inloopdouche. Op de begane grond van het chalet is een tweede suite en badkamer met hoekbad, met directe toegang tot het grote terras met uitzicht over de vallei. De ingerichte keuken met kookeiland geeft uit op de grote eettafel. De gezellige, eigentijdse woonkamer nestelt zich tussen de open haard en het grote terras op het zuiden. Boven zijn twee zeer comfortabele slaapkamers met en-suite badkamers, en een 'slaapzaal in de bergen' voor de kinderen. Buiten het chalet is er een kinderspeelplaats met een boomhut en glijbaan, en een barbecue om 's zomers van te genieten in de zon, comfortabel zittend aan de authentieke eettafel op het terras.

El chalet bioclimático está totalmente equipado y decorado al más alto nivel. El espacio habitable total es de 160 m2 en 3 niveles. Dispone de 4 habitaciones muy confortables con baño (3 en total) y un "cabane-dortoir" para 2 niños. A la entrada del chalet, el Spa de la terraza a nivel del jardín le da la bienvenida. Una vez atravesada la puerta de entrada de alerce en bruto, accederá a una suite con un magnífico cuarto de baño y ducha a ras de suelo. En la planta baja del chalet hay una segunda suite y un cuarto de baño con bañera esquinera, con acceso directo a la gran terraza con vistas al valle. La cocina equipada con isla se abre a la gran mesa del comedor. El acogedor salón contemporáneo se encuentra entre la chimenea y la terraza principal orientada al sur. En la planta superior hay dos dormitorios muy confortables con cuarto de baño y un "dormitorio de montaña" para los niños. En el exterior del chalet, hay una zona de juegos para niños con una casa en un árbol y un tobogán, y una barbacoa para disfrutar de las barbacoas de verano bajo el sol, cómodamente sentados en la auténtica mesa de comedor de la terraza.

Lo spazio abitativo totale è di 160 m2 su 3 livelli. Ci sono 4 camere da letto molto confortevoli con bagno privato (3 in totale) e una "cabane-dortoir" per 2 bambini. All'ingresso dello chalet, la Spa sulla terrazza a livello del giardino vi dà il benvenuto. Una volta varcata la porta d'ingresso in larice grezzo, si accede a una suite con un magnifico bagno e una cabina doccia. Al piano terra dello chalet si trova una seconda suite e un bagno con vasca ad angolo, con accesso diretto alla grande terrazza con vista sulla valle. La cucina attrezzata con isola si apre sul grande tavolo della sala da pranzo. L'accogliente salotto contemporaneo si trova tra il camino e la terrazza principale esposta a sud. Al piano superiore si trovano due camere da letto molto confortevoli con bagno privato e un "dormitorio di montagna" per i bambini. All'esterno dello chalet c'è un'area giochi per bambini con una casa sull'albero e uno scivolo, e un barbecue per grigliate estive da gustare al sole, comodamente seduti sull'autentico tavolo da pranzo della terrazza.
