Gîte adjoining the owner's house, situated in a quiet area outside the village, at the foot of Mont Salbert, between woods and pastures, with a view of the Vosges. Independent private entrances/areas; on the ground floor: kitchen, living room with relaxation area (television, folding sofa for 2 people). On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom (shower) and WC. Electricity, water and heating included in the price. (Bed linen can be hired). Facilities:-Garden-Terrace (Garden furniture/Barbecue)-Oven-Microwave-TV- DVD player Nice green area with terrace and parking. Leisure: In the village: swimming and relaxation at the Malsaucy site, numerous hikes – in Belfort: cinema-museums-bowling-pool-pools,… Quiet and clean animals accepted (a supplement may be requested)

An das Haus des Eigentümers angrenzende Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage außerhalb des Dorfes, am Fuße des Mont Salbert, zwischen Wäldern und Weiden, mit Blick auf die Vogesen. Unabhängige Eingänge/Privatbereiche; Erdgeschoss: Küche, Wohnzimmer mit Sitzecke (Fernseher, ausklappbares Sofa für 2 Personen). Im Obergeschoss: ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, Badezimmer (Dusche) und WC. Strom, Wasser und Heizung sind im Preis inbegriffen. (Vermietung von Bettwäsche möglich). Ausstattung:-Garten-Terrasse (Gartenmöbel/Grill)-Backofen-Mikrowelle-TV- DVD-Player. Schöne Grünfläche mit Terrasse und Parkplatz.
