Le gîte, classé 3*, est situé sur la partie nord de la route des vins d'Alsace dans le charmant village de Dachstein. L'impressionnante porte médiévale de la Bruche protège l'entrée au village en compagnie du magnifique "Château Vieux" domaine privé et d'un ancien lavoir agréablement fleuri en été. Avant de pénétrer dans la cité, attention aux nombreux cyclistes qui emprunte la piste cyclable du canal de la Bruche pour aller rejoindre la ville de Strasbourg à une vingtaine de kilomètres de là. Cet appartement non fumeur (3 à 5 personnes) se trouve au 1er étage. La cour et le jardin sont partagés avec les propriétaires et pourra accueillir votre voiture. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé, équipé d'un barbecue et d'un salon de jardin avec parasol. La cuisine aménagée (four, micro-ondes, plaques à induction, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain) est ouverte sur le séjour / salon équipé d'une grande table et six chaises, un canapé convertible (2 pers.), une table de salon et une télévision. Une des chambres est équipée d'un lit double (160 x 200) et une chambre avec un lit simple (90 x 190) – possibilité d'ajouter un lit d'appoint. La salle de bain comprend un lavabo, une cabine de douche intégrale et un radiateur sèche-serviette. Le WC est indépendant. Un chauffage d'appoint est mis à disposition en plus du chauffage central. Une caution est demandée à l'arrivée. Sur demande, une connexion internet wifi peut être fournie gratuitement. Possibilité location de deux autres gîtes de 4 à 6 pers et d'un gîte de 2 à 4 pers.

The gîte, classified 3*, is located on the northern part of the Alsace wine route in the charming village of Dachstein. The impressive medieval gate of the Bruche protects the entrance to the village, together with the magnificent "Château Vieux", a private domain, and an old wash house, pleasantly flowered in summer. Before entering the town, watch out for the many cyclists who use the Bruche canal cycle path to reach the city of Strasbourg, some 20 km away. This non-smoking apartment (3 to 5 people) is on the 1st floor. The courtyard and the garden are shared with the owners and can accommodate your car. The garden is fully fenced, equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture with parasol. The kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) is open to the living room / lounge equipped with a large table and six chairs, a sofa bed (2 pers.), a coffee table and a television. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200) and one with a single bed (90 x 190) – possibility to add an extra bed. The bathroom has a washbasin, a full shower cubicle and a towel warmer. The toilet is independent. An additional heating system is available in addition to the central heating. A deposit is required on arrival. On request, a free wifi internet connection can be provided. Possibility of renting two other gîtes for 4 to 6 people and a gîte for 2 to 4 people.

Das 3* klassifizierte Ferienhaus befindet sich auf dem nördlichen Teil der elsässischen Weinstraße im charmanten Dorf Dachstein. Das beeindruckende mittelalterliche Bruche-Tor schützt den Eingang zum Dorf zusammen mit dem wunderschönen "Château Vieux", einem Privatbesitz, und einem alten Waschhaus, das im Sommer angenehm mit Blumen geschmückt ist. Bevor Sie die Stadt betreten, sollten Sie auf die zahlreichen Radfahrer achten, die den Radweg am Bruche-Kanal nutzen, um in das etwa 20 km entfernte Straßburg zu gelangen. Diese Nichtraucherwohnung (3 bis 5 Personen) befindet sich im ersten Stock. Der Hof und der Garten werden mit den Eigentümern geteilt und können Ihr Auto aufnehmen. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und mit einem Grill und Gartenmöbeln mit Sonnenschirm ausgestattet. Die Einbauküche (Backofen, Mikrowelle, Induktionskochfeld, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster) ist offen zum Wohn-/Wohnbereich mit einem großen Tisch und sechs Stühlen, einem Schlafsofa (2 Personen), einem Couchtisch und einem Fernseher. Eines der Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (160 x 200) ausgestattet, das andere mit einem Einzelbett (90 x 190) – es besteht die Möglichkeit, ein Zusatzbett hinzuzufügen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über ein Waschbecken, eine vollwertige Duschkabine und einen Handtuchheizkörper. Das WC ist separat. Eine Zusatzheizung wird zusätzlich zur Zentralheizung zur Verfügung gestellt. Bei der Ankunft wird eine Kaution verlangt. Auf Anfrage kann ein kostenloser WLAN-Internetzugang zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
