L’appartement tout équipé se situe au 3ème et dernier étage (sans ascenseur) d’un petit immeuble, il est composé au premier niveau : d’une cuisine équipée moderne (four, plaque de cuisson, hotte, réfrigérateur, four micro-ondes, machine à café NESPRESSO, bouilloire et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner comme à la maison) ouverte sur le salon/séjour avec espace repas, espace détente (canapé et télévision) et petit espace travail (bureau). Vous trouverez 2 salles d’eau avec chacune une douche et une avec baignoire, un meuble vasque et un sèche serviettes. A l’étage : 2 chambres avec lits King size (180×200) et armoire de rangement. De plus, vous aurez libre accès à une buanderie commune avec machine à laver et sèche-linge ! Aucun stationnement privatif n’est prévu avec le logement, cependant vous trouverez des places gratuites dans les rues environnantes. A quelques pas de l’appartement, vous pourrez profiter d’un large choix de commerçants de qualité et d’un panel de restaurants traditionnels pour goûter nos plats typiques. Vous trouverez également de nombreuses activités sportives et culturelles à proximité : que vous soyez seul, en couple ou en famille vous trouverez de quoi occuper petits et grands !

Its cosy, traditional decor, with exposed beams and half-timbering, will immerse you in our beautiful Alsace. The fully-equipped apartment is located on the 3rd and top floor (without elevator) of a small building, and comprises on the first level: a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle and all you need to cook like at home) opening onto the living room with dining area, relaxation area (sofa and TV) and small work area (desk). There are 2 bathrooms, each with shower and bath, vanity unit and heated towel rail. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with king-size beds (180×200) and wardrobe. Plus free access to a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer! No private parking is provided with the apartment, but you will find free parking spaces in the surrounding streets. Just a few steps from the apartment, you'll find a wide choice of quality shops and traditional restaurants where you can sample our local dishes. You'll also find a wide range of sporting and cultural activities nearby: whether you're on your own, a couple or a family, you'll find plenty to keep young and old busy!

Die voll ausgestattete Wohnung befindet sich im dritten und letzten Stock (ohne Aufzug) eines kleinen Gebäudes. Sie besteht auf der ersten Ebene aus: einer modernen Einbauküche (Backofen, Herd, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, NESPRESSO-Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und alles, was Sie brauchen, um wie zu Hause zu kochen), die zum Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Essbereich, Entspannungsbereich (Sofa und Fernseher) und kleinem Arbeitsbereich (Schreibtisch) hin offen ist. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, Waschbecken und Handtuchtrockner. Im Obergeschoss: 2 Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten (180×200) und Kleiderschrank. Außerdem haben Sie freien Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner! Es gibt keine Privatparkplätze für die Unterkunft, jedoch finden Sie kostenlose Parkplätze in den umliegenden Straßen. Nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt finden Sie eine große Auswahl an hochwertigen Geschäften und traditionellen Restaurants, in denen Sie unsere typischen Gerichte probieren können. Sie werden auch viele sportliche und kulturelle Aktivitäten in der Nähe finden: Ob Sie allein, zu zweit oder mit der Familie sind, Sie werden etwas für Groß und Klein finden!

Het volledig ingerichte appartement bevindt zich op de 3e en bovenste verdieping (geen lift) van een klein gebouw. De eerste verdieping bestaat uit: een moderne, volledig uitgeruste keuken (oven, kookplaat, afzuigkap, koelkast, magnetron, NESPRESSO koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker en alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken zoals thuis) die uitkomt op de zitkamer/woonkamer met eethoek, ontspanningsruimte (bank en televisie) en kleine werkplek (bureau). Er zijn 2 badkamers, elk met een douche en een bad, een badmeubel en een verwarmd handdoekenrek. Boven: 2 slaapkamers met kingsize bedden (180×200) en kledingkast. Je hebt ook gratis toegang tot een gedeelde wasruimte met wasmachine en droger! Er is geen privéparkeergelegenheid bij het pand, maar je vindt gratis parkeerplaatsen in de omliggende straten. Op korte loopafstand van het appartement vind je een ruime keuze aan kwaliteitswinkels en een reeks traditionele restaurants waar je onze typische gerechten kunt proeven. In de buurt vind je ook tal van sportieve en culturele activiteiten: of je nu alleen bent, met z'n tweeën of met het hele gezin, er is genoeg te doen voor jong en oud!

El apartamento, totalmente equipado, se encuentra en la 3ª y última planta (sin ascensor) de un pequeño edificio. La primera planta consta de: una cocina moderna y totalmente equipada (horno, placa de cocción, campana extractora, frigorífico, microondas, cafetera NESPRESSO, hervidor de agua y todo lo necesario para cocinar como en casa) que se abre al salón/sala de estar con comedor, zona de descanso (sofá y televisor) y pequeña zona de trabajo (escritorio). Hay 2 cuartos de baño, cada uno con ducha y bañera, tocador y calentador de toallas. Arriba: 2 dormitorios con camas king-size (180×200) y armario. También tendrás acceso gratuito a una lavandería compartida con lavadora y secadora No se proporciona aparcamiento privado con la propiedad, pero encontrará plazas de aparcamiento gratuitas en las calles de los alrededores. A pocos pasos del piso, podrá disfrutar de una amplia selección de tiendas de calidad y de una serie de restaurantes tradicionales donde podrá degustar nuestros platos típicos. Además, en las inmediaciones encontrará un sinfín de actividades deportivas y culturales: tanto si viene solo, en pareja o en familia, ¡encontrará todo lo necesario para mantener ocupados a grandes y pequeños!

L'appartamento, completamente attrezzato, si trova al 3° e ultimo piano (senza ascensore) di un piccolo edificio. Il primo piano comprende: una moderna cucina completamente attrezzata (forno, piano cottura, cappa aspirante, frigorifero, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè NESPRESSO, bollitore e tutto il necessario per cucinare come a casa) che si apre sul salotto/soggiorno con zona pranzo, zona relax (divano e televisore) e piccola zona lavoro (scrivania). Ci sono 2 bagni, ciascuno con doccia e vasca, mobiletto e scaldasalviette. Al piano superiore: 2 camere da letto con letti king-size (180×200) e armadio. Avrete inoltre libero accesso a una lavanderia in comune con lavatrice e asciugatrice! La struttura non dispone di parcheggio privato, ma troverete posti auto gratuiti nelle strade circostanti. A pochi passi dall'appartamento, potrete trovare un'ampia scelta di negozi di qualità e una serie di ristoranti tradizionali dove potrete gustare i nostri piatti tipici. Nelle vicinanze troverete anche una serie di attività sportive e culturali: che siate da soli, in coppia o in famiglia, troverete molto da fare per tenere occupati grandi e piccini!
