Nous sommes situés au centre de la Manche, une région verdoyante et calme en Normandie. Le silence absolu est inévitable ici ! La Charpenterie est composée de 4 maisons, situées autour d'une longère du 19ème siècle. Chaque maison a son propre jardin pour assurer votre vie privée. Il y a aussi 2 spas sur la propriété. Le gîte "Gérald" est une maison de taille moyenne et est une ancienne salle de traite. Il n'y a plus de vaches ici, mais une cuisine complète avec un lave-vaisselle, une cuisinière à induction, un réfrigérateur avec compartiment congélateur. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a aussi un salon avec un canapé-lit double et un poêle à bois. Le premier étage est équipé d'un lit double et une salle de bains luxueuse. A l'extérieur, vous avez votre propre jardin privé, avec une terrasse et une belle vue sur la vallée. Il y a aussi un jacuzzi unique, qui vous attend.

We're located in the center of La Manche, a green and quiet region of Normandy. Absolute silence is unavoidable here! La Charpenterie consists of 4 houses, set around a 19th-century longère. Each house has its own garden to ensure your privacy. There are also 2 spas on the property. The "Gérald" gîte is a medium-sized house and is a former milking parlour. There are no more cows here, but a full kitchen with dishwasher, induction stove, fridge with freezer compartment. On the first floor there's also a living room with a double sofa bed and a wood-burning stove. The second floor has a double bed and a luxurious bathroom. Outside, you have your own private garden, with a terrace and beautiful views over the valley. There's also a unique Jacuzzi waiting for you.

Wir befinden uns im Zentrum des Ärmelkanals, einer grünen und ruhigen Region in der Normandie. Absolute Stille ist hier unvermeidlich! La Charpenterie besteht aus vier Häusern, die um ein Bauernhaus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert herum liegen. Jedes Haus hat seinen eigenen Garten, um Ihre Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. Es gibt auch 2 Whirlpools auf dem Grundstück. Die Unterkunft "Gérald" ist ein mittelgroßes Haus und ist ein ehemaliger Melkstand. Hier gibt es keine Kühe mehr, dafür aber eine komplette Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Induktionsherd und einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es außerdem ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelschlafsofa und einem Holzofen. Der erste Stock ist mit einem Doppelbett und einem luxuriösen Badezimmer ausgestattet. Draußen haben Sie Ihren eigenen privaten Garten mit einer Terrasse und einem schönen Blick auf das Tal. Außerdem wartet ein einzigartiger Whirlpool auf Sie.

La Charpenterie bestaat uit 4 huizen, gelegen rond een 19e-eeuwse boerderij. Elk huis heeft zijn eigen tuin om je privacy te garanderen. Er zijn ook 2 spa's op het domein. Le gîte "Gérald" is een middelgroot huis en is een voormalige melkstal. Hier zijn geen koeien meer, maar wel een complete keuken met vaatwasser, inductiekookplaat, koelkast met vriesvak. Op de begane grond is ook een woonkamer met een slaapbank voor twee personen en een houtkachel. De eerste verdieping heeft een tweepersoonsbed en een luxe badkamer. Buiten heb je je eigen privétuin, met een terras en prachtig uitzicht over de vallei. Er staat ook een unieke jacuzzi op je te wachten.

La Charpenterie consta de 4 casas, situadas alrededor de una granja del siglo XIX. Cada casa tiene su propio jardín para garantizar su intimidad. También hay 2 spas en la propiedad. Le gîte "Gérald" es una casa de tamaño medio y es una antigua sala de ordeño. Ya no hay vacas aquí, pero una cocina completa con lavavajillas, placa de inducción, nevera con congelador. En la planta baja también hay una sala de estar con un sofá cama doble y una estufa de leña. El primer piso tiene una cama doble y un baño de lujo. En el exterior, tiene su propio jardín privado, con terraza y hermosas vistas sobre el valle. También hay un jacuzzi único esperándole.

La Charpenterie è composta da 4 case, disposte intorno a una fattoria del XIX secolo. Ogni casa ha il proprio giardino per garantire la vostra privacy. Nella proprietà sono presenti anche 2 spa. La casa "Gérald" è di medie dimensioni ed è un'ex sala di mungitura. Qui non ci sono più mucche, ma una cucina completa con lavastoviglie, piano cottura a induzione, frigorifero con scomparto freezer. Al piano terra si trova anche un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale e stufa a legna. Il primo piano dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di un bagno di lusso. All'esterno si trova il giardino privato, con terrazza e splendida vista sulla valle. C'è anche una vasca idromassaggio unica che vi aspetta.
