Celui-ci, Les Trois Portes, un bel appartement de 55m2 avec entrée privée, en rez-de-jardin, très bien équipé (lit queen size – 160×200-, un bureau, wifi, une cuisine équipée, un écran plat, équipement audio bluetooth, une vaste salle de bain avec baignoire et douche italienne…). Vous profiterez également d'un parking privé (avec portail électrique), du très grand parc et de la piscine spacieuse (10x5m – 1.80m de profondeur). Vous découvrirez notre belle région et nous ferons de votre séjour un moment exceptionnel de découverte et de détente. Comme nous aimons le dire, "c'est la campagne en ville". Tout en profitant du centre historique de Beaune à quelques minutes à pied, vous pourrez vous détendre au bord de la piscine ou sous les vignes grimpantes du jardin et profiter sereinement de la région avec nos conseils.

This one, Les Trois Portes, is a beautiful 55m2 flat with private entrance, on the garden level, very well equipped (queen size bed – 160×200-, a desk, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, a flat screen, bluetooth audio equipment, a large bathroom with bathtub and Italian shower…). You will also enjoy private parking (with electric gate), the very large grounds and the spacious swimming pool (10x5m – 1.80m deep). You will discover our beautiful region and we will make your stay an exceptional moment of discovery and relaxation. As we like to say, "it's the countryside in the city". While enjoying the historic centre of Beaune just a few minutes' walk away, you can relax by the pool or under the climbing vines in the garden and enjoy the region in peace with our advice.

Sie profitieren außerdem von einem Privatparkplatz (mit elektrischem Tor), dem sehr großen Park und dem geräumigen Pool (10x5m – 1,80m tief). Sie werden unsere schöne Region entdecken und wir werden Ihren Aufenthalt zu einem außergewöhnlichen Moment der Entdeckung und Entspannung machen. Wie wir gerne sagen: "Es ist das Land in der Stadt". Während Sie das nur wenige Gehminuten entfernte historische Zentrum von Beaune genießen, können Sie sich am Pool oder unter den kletternden Weinreben im Garten entspannen und die Region mit unseren Tipps gelassen genießen.

Dit appartement, Les Trois Portes, is een mooie flat van 55 m2 met privé-ingang, op tuinniveau, zeer goed uitgerust (queensize bed – 160×200-, een bureau, wifi, een volledig uitgeruste keuken, een flatscreen, bluetooth audio-apparatuur, een grote badkamer met bad en Italiaanse douche…). Je zult ook genieten van een eigen parkeerplaats (met elektrische poort), het zeer grote terrein en het ruime zwembad (10x5m – 1,80m diep). U zult onze prachtige streek ontdekken en wij zullen van uw verblijf een uitzonderlijk moment van ontdekking en ontspanning maken. Zoals we graag zeggen, "het is het platteland in de stad". Terwijl je geniet van het historische centrum van Beaune op slechts een paar minuten lopen, kun je je ontspannen bij het zwembad of onder de klimplanten in de tuin en in alle rust genieten van de streek met ons advies.

También podrá disfrutar de aparcamiento privado (con portón eléctrico), el terreno muy grande y la amplia piscina (10x5m – 1,80m de profundidad). Questo, Les Trois Portes, è un bellissimo appartamento di 55 m2 con ingresso indipendente, al livello del giardino, molto ben attrezzato (letto matrimoniale – 160×200-, scrivania, wifi, cucina completamente attrezzata, schermo piatto, impianto audio bluetooth, ampio bagno con vasca e doccia italiana…). Potrete inoltre usufruire di un parcheggio privato (con cancello elettrico), di un terreno molto ampio e di una spaziosa piscina (10x5m – 1,80m di profondità).
