Its ideal location, just a few steps from the cathedral, will allow you to enjoy the bustle of the city, with restaurants and pedestrian streets nearby, while being just a stone's throw from the surrounding countryside. You can also take advantage of the inner courtyard and the events on offer at the Cocand. This flat, located on the first floor without a lift, offers a subdued atmosphere with its stretched canvas walls, lime and hemp plaster, pastel colours, curves and parquet flooring. The layout is as follows – 1 living room with sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.), dining table, – 1 travertine and zellige bathroom with walk-in shower and wc, – 1 bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm) and chest of drawers.
