Il est accessible facilement en voiture ou en transport en commun et est proche des principaux sites touristiques et culturels et de toutes les commodités : restaurants, supermarchés, tabac, boulangerie, … Passé la porte de l’immeuble du 17e siècle, c’est un long couloir et un escalier en authentiques pierres de Bourgogne qui vous mèneront au 1er étage et à l'appartement qui a été entièrement rénové. Vous serez alors séduit par ses couleurs chaudes, ses hauts plafonds, ses grandes fenêtres donnant sur la cour intérieure, ses pierres apparentes, sa décoration harmonieuse… et le calme ambiant.
