Au centre du joli village de Mouriès dans le parc naturel régional des Alpilles, La Bohème est un ensemble de 3 gîtes dans un ancien mas provençal en pierres. Depuis la cour commune et sa belle arche à l'entrée, le gîte est au centre, et dispose de son salon de jardin, entouré d'oliviers et de lauriers. Le gîte est plein de charme et de confort : pierres apparentes, décoration cosy et climatisation réversible en font le pied à terre idéal pour un séjour en Provence. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité immédiate : vous êtes au cœur du village. Sur 2 niveaux reliés par un escalier en colimaçon, l'appartement est composé : – au rdc d'une cuisine ouverte équipée (micro-ondes grill, plaques 4 feux induction, hotte aspirante, réfrigérateur, cafetière multi-dosettes), table et 4 chaises, canapé convertible et TV connectée. Placard avec lave-linge. – à l'étage une chambre avec lit 160x200cm, bureau, placard muraux et petit balcon. Dégagement donnant accès à une salle d'eau (douche, vasque, sèche-serviettes) et à un WC indépendant. Placard intégré. Climatisation réversible (une unité à chaque étage). Draps, linge de toilette et ménage de fin de séjour inclus. Appartement non adapté avec des enfants en bas âge : escalier en colimaçon, porte d'entrée étroite (passage insuffisant pour une poussette). Parking gratuit dans les rues environnantes. École face au gîte et routes à proximité.

In the center of the pretty village of Mouriès in the Alpilles regional nature park, La Bohème is a complex of 3 gîtes in an old stone Provencal farmhouse. From the shared courtyard with its beautiful archway at the entrance, the gîte is in the center, with its own garden furniture, surrounded by olive and laurel trees. The gîte is full of charm and comfort: exposed stonework, cosy decor and reversible air conditioning make it the ideal pied-à-terre for a stay in Provence. Nearby shops and restaurants put you right in the heart of the village. On 2 levels linked by a spiral staircase, the apartment comprises : – ground floor: fully-equipped open kitchen (microwave grill, 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge, multi-dose coffee maker), table and 4 chairs, sofa bed and connected TV. Closet with washing machine. – first floor: bedroom with 160x200cm bed, desk, wall cupboard and small balcony. Access to a shower room (shower, washbasin, heated towel rail) and separate WC. Built-in closet. Reversible air conditioning (one unit on each floor). Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Apartment not suitable for small children: spiral staircase, narrow entrance door (insufficient space for a stroller). Free parking in surrounding streets. School opposite gîte and roads nearby.

Die Gîte ist voller Charme und Komfort: sichtbare Steine, gemütliche Einrichtung und umkehrbare Klimaanlage machen sie zum idealen pied à terre für einen Aufenthalt in der Provence. Die Geschäfte und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe: Sie sind im Herzen des Dorfes. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über zwei Ebenen, die durch eine Wendeltreppe miteinander verbunden sind: – erdgeschoss: offene Küche (Mikrowelle mit Grill, 4 Induktionskochplatten, Dunstabzugshaube, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine mit mehreren Portionen), Tisch und 4 Stühle, Schlafsofa und Fernseher. Einbauschrank mit Waschmaschine. – im Obergeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett 160x200cm, Schreibtisch, Wandschrank und kleinem Balkon. Flur mit Zugang zu einem Badezimmer (Dusche, Waschbecken, Handtuchtrockner) und einem separaten WC. Eingebauter Kleiderschrank. Umkehrbare Klimaanlage (ein Gerät auf jeder Etage). Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Endreinigung inbegriffen. Wohnung nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet: Wendeltreppe, schmale Eingangstür (nicht ausreichend Durchgang für einen Kinderwagen). Kostenlose Parkplätze in den umliegenden Straßen. Schule gegenüber der Unterkunft und Straßen in der Nähe.

Vanaf de gemeenschappelijke binnenplaats met zijn mooie boog bij de ingang, ligt de gîte in het midden, met eigen tuinmeubilair, omringd door olijf- en laurierbomen. De gîte is vol charme en comfort: zichtbare stenen, gezellige inrichting en omkeerbare airconditioning maken het de ideale pied-à-terre voor een verblijf in de Provence. Winkels en restaurants zijn vlakbij, dus je zit midden in het dorp. Het appartement bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen die met elkaar verbonden zijn door een wenteltrap: – op de begane grond, een volledig ingerichte open keuken (magnetron grill, 4-pits inductiekookplaat, afzuigkap, koelkast, multi-doseerapparaat), tafel en 4 stoelen, slaapbank en aangesloten TV. Kast met wasmachine. – eerste verdieping: slaapkamer met bed van 160×200 cm, bureau, muurkast en klein balkon. Gang die leidt naar een doucheruimte (douche, wastafel, verwarmd handdoekenrek) en een aparte wc. Ingebouwde kast. Omkeerbare airconditioning (een eenheid op elke verdieping). Beddengoed, handdoeken en eindschoonmaak inbegrepen. Flat niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen: wenteltrap, smalle toegangsdeur (onvoldoende ruimte voor een kinderwagen). Gratis parkeren in de omliggende straten. School tegenover de gîte en uitvalswegen in de buurt.

Desde el patio compartido con su hermoso arco en la entrada, la casa rural está en el centro, con su propio mobiliario de jardín, rodeado de olivos y laureles. La casa rural está llena de encanto y confort: piedra vista, decoración acogedora y aire acondicionado reversible la convierten en el pied-à-terre ideal para una estancia en la Provenza. Las tiendas y restaurantes están muy cerca, por lo que se encuentra en pleno centro del pueblo. En 2 niveles unidos por una escalera de caracol, el piso consta de : – en la planta baja, una cocina americana totalmente equipada (microondas grill, placa de inducción de 4 fuegos, campana extractora, frigorífico, cafetera multidosis), mesa y 4 sillas, sofá cama y TV conectada. Armario con lavadora. – primera planta: dormitorio con cama de 160x200cm, escritorio, armario de pared y pequeño balcón. Pasillo que conduce a un cuarto de ducha (ducha, lavabo, radiador toallero) y WC separado. Armario empotrado. Aire acondicionado reversible (un aparato en cada planta). Ropa de cama, toallas y limpieza de final de estancia incluidas. Piso no adecuado para niños pequeños: escalera de caracol, puerta de entrada estrecha (espacio insuficiente para un cochecito). Aparcamiento gratuito en las calles de los alrededores. Escuela frente a la casa rural y carreteras cercanas.

Dal cortile comune con il suo bellissimo arco all'ingresso, l'alloggio si trova al centro, con i suoi mobili da giardino, circondato da ulivi e allori. L'alloggio è ricco di fascino e comfort: la pietra a vista, l'arredamento accogliente e l'aria condizionata reversibile lo rendono il pied-à-terre ideale per un soggiorno in Provenza. Negozi e ristoranti si trovano nelle vicinanze, così da essere nel cuore del villaggio. Disposto su due livelli collegati da una scala a chiocciola, l'appartamento è composto da: – al piano terra, una cucina a vista completamente attrezzata (microonde grill, piano cottura a induzione a 4 fuochi, cappa aspirante, frigorifero, macchina da caffè multidose), tavolo e 4 sedie, divano letto e TV collegata. Armadio con lavatrice. – primo piano: camera con letto 160×200 cm, scrivania, armadio a muro e piccolo balcone. Disimpegno che conduce a un bagno con doccia (doccia, lavabo, scaldasalviette) e WC separato. Armadio a muro. Aria condizionata reversibile (un'unità per piano). Lenzuola, asciugamani e pulizia di fine soggiorno inclusi. Appartamento non adatto ai bambini piccoli: scala a chiocciola, porta d'ingresso stretta (spazio insufficiente per un passeggino). Parcheggio gratuito nelle strade circostanti. Scuola di fronte all'alloggio e strade vicine.
