Apartment, located in the heart of the Périgord Noir and close to many tourist sites, has been fitted out on the ground floor of the owners' house without opposite with direct access to the large park and the swimming pool. It has a bedroom for two people and is close to another Gites de France seasonal rental. Unheated swimming pool to share, fenced with alarm, open from the beginning of June to the end of September.

Het heeft een slaapkamer voor twee personen en ligt dicht bij een andere Gites de France vakantiewoning. Onverwarmd zwembad om te delen, omheind met alarm, geopend van begin juni tot eind september.

Piso, situado en el corazón del Périgord Noir y cerca de numerosos lugares turísticos, se ha habilitado en la planta baja de la casa de los propietarios sin frente con acceso directo al gran parque y a la piscina. Tiene un dormitorio para dos personas y está cerca de otro alquiler de vacaciones de Gites de France. Piscina no climatizada para compartir, vallada con alarma, abierta de principios de junio a finales de septiembre.

L'appartamento, situato nel cuore del Périgord Noir e vicino a numerosi siti turistici, è stato allestito al piano terra della casa dei proprietari senza dirimpettai con accesso diretto al grande parco e alla piscina. Dispone di una camera da letto per due persone ed è vicino a un'altra casa vacanze Gites de France. Piscina non riscaldata da condividere, recintata con allarme, aperta da inizio giugno a fine settembre.
