Il est composée d'un rez-de-chaussée et d'un étage climatisé dans la maison principale, d'une extension attenante à la maison ainsi que d'une piscine hors sol privée et sécurisée.

Nestling in the heart of the Périgord Blanc region, the Gîte du Dernier Croquant is spacious and comfortable. It has three bedrooms for six people. It comprises a first floor and an air-conditioned first floor in the main house, an extension adjoining the house and a private, secure above-ground swimming pool.

Die Gîte du Dernier Croquant liegt im Herzen des Périgord Blanc und ist geräumig und komfortabel. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer für sechs Personen. Es besteht aus einem Erdgeschoss und einer klimatisierten Etage im Haupthaus, einem Anbau am Haus sowie einem privaten und gesicherten Aufstellpool.
