Old half-timbered farmhouse completely renovated with wood stove and exposed beams, facing the Loire and the Passeurs de Loire (typical boats trips). Nearby: Saint-Benoit-sur-Loire, Germigny-des-Près and its Carolingian oratory, Sully-sur-Loire; on the outskirts of the Sologne region and the Loire Castles. Heated common pool open from May to September, tennis, spa, barbecue. Comfort assured with heating and refreshing floor on 2 levels. The cottage has free and unlimited WIFI.
