Situé au sud du domaine, le Grand Prépinson fait partie du Hameau de Prépinson composé de 3 maisons. La location de l’ensemble est une formule agréable conciliant proximité et indépendance des groupes familiaux. Pour autant, louer la totalité des maisons n’est pas obligatoire. Ainsi, une seule peut vous suffire, mais sachez que vous aurez de proches voisins : ce pourrait être l’occasion de belles rencontres !

La Dreuserie is a gîte for 4 to 6 people, ideal for families looking for a holiday in Touraine. It has been furnished with care and refinement. La Dreuserie is also the name of the hamlet, with 3 houses arranged in a U-shape. The grassy courtyard and its charming central well form a convivial space to share. The gîte comprises a through lounge with a contemporary open fireplace. A passageway leads to a very functional kitchen and a bathroom before leading to the large bedroom. A 2nd bedroom upstairs can be accessed from the living room, making for a peaceful night's sleep. An outside terrace extends from the ground floor bedroom.
