Chalet situé au coeur du Morvan. Proche du lac des Settons et de toutes les activités que l'on peut y pratiquer. Surface habitable de 35m². Séjour : 1 convertible 2 personnes, 1 TV + 1 table et 4 chaises. Cuisinette : cuisinière électrique, frigo, équipement cuisine complet, micro-onde, lave-linge, Grill pain. Chambre : 1 lit 2 personnes, rangement, penderie, table de chevet. Sanitaire : douche, wc, lavabo, rangement, fer à repasser, aspirateur. Mezzanine : 1 lit simple,1 lit 2 personnes, 1 table de chevet rangement. Extérieur : 1 barbecue, 1 table et 6 chaises, 2 transat. Linge de maison fourni : couvertures, couettes. Jardin privatif clos de 350m². Les chiens ne sont pas acceptés et notre chalet est ouvert toute l'année. Tarif location : de 350 à 450 € la semaine suivant la saison. Outside: 1 barbecue, 1 table and 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs. Linen provided: blankets, duvets. Private enclosed garden of 350m². Dogs are not allowed and our chalet is open all year round. Rental rate: from 350 to 450 € per week depending on the season. Possibility of overnight stays (minimum 2 except July and August). Outside: 1 barbecue, 1 table and 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs.
