Built in 1565 in Steinbrunn-Le-Bas, this former flour mill was then known as the Moulin du Kaegy. Diese ehemalige Getreidemühle wurde 1565 in Steinbrunn-Le-Bas erbaut und trug damals den Namen Moulin du Kaegy. Erst später wurde dieses elsässische Gebäude von dem Sternekoch Bernard Begat in ein Gourmetrestaurant umgewandelt.
