La Fermothèque accueille avec deux formules: En Gîte d'enfant : les enfants de 6 et 13 ans pour un séjour à la campagne, sans les parents ! pendants les vacances scolaires (une semaine en juillet et trois en août) En gite de groupe en autonomie complète pour de 12 personnes maximum pour un séjour à la campagne ! Si les deux dortoirs (4 lits 90 superposés deux à deux et 2 lits 160) sont dans des yourtes, la pièce de vie avec en mezzanine un espace détente, la cuisine et les sanitaires (4 douches et 2 WC) sont dans un bâtiment entièrement rénové. Un grand terrain extérieur est à disposition avec du mobilier de jardin. Possibilité d'animations sur place à la demande (voir avec le propriétaire). De nombreuses activités sont possibles autour du gîte : le CPA Lathus (escalades, spéléo, équitation, kayak …). Montmorillon "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire" et Cité de l'Écrit est à 15 km.

Die Fermothek bietet zwei verschiedene Angebote In der Kinderunterkunft: Kinder zwischen 6 und 13 Jahren können während der Schulferien (eine Woche im Juli und drei Wochen im August) einen Aufenthalt auf dem Land ohne die Eltern verbringen Gruppenunterkunft mit kompletter Selbstversorgung für maximal 12 Personen für einen Aufenthalt auf dem Land! Die beiden Schlafsäle (4 Einzelbetten 90 und 2 Betten 160) befinden sich in Jurten, der Wohnraum mit einem Entspannungsbereich im Zwischengeschoss, die Küche und die Sanitäranlagen (4 Duschen und 2 WCs) sind in einem komplett renovierten Gebäude untergebracht. Ein großes Außengelände mit Gartenmöbeln steht zur Verfügung. Auf Anfrage sind Animationen vor Ort möglich (wenden Sie sich an den Eigentümer). In der Umgebung der Unterkunft sind zahlreiche Aktivitäten möglich: das CPA Lathus (Klettern, Höhlenforschung, Reiten, Kajak …). Montmorillon "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire" und Cité de l'Écrit ist 15 km entfernt.

De twee slaapzalen (4 stapelbedden twee aan twee en 2 bedden 160) bevinden zich in yurts, de woonkamer met een mezzanine met ontspanningsruimte, de keuken en de sanitaire voorzieningen (4 douches en 2 toiletten) bevinden zich in een volledig gerenoveerd gebouw. Er is een grote buitenruimte beschikbaar met tuinmeubilair. Mogelijkheid van animaties ter plaatse op aanvraag (zie met de eigenaar). Talrijke activiteiten zijn mogelijk rond de gîte: de CPA Lathus (klimmen, speleologie, paardrijden, kajakken…). Montmorillon "Ville d'Art et d'Histoire" en Cité de l'Écrit ligt op 15 km afstand.

Si los dos dormitorios (4 literas de dos en dos y 2 camas de 160) están en yurtas, la sala de estar con altillo una zona de descanso, la cocina y las instalaciones sanitarias (4 duchas y 2 aseos) están en un edificio completamente renovado. Dispone de una amplia zona exterior con mobiliario de jardín. Posibilidad de animaciones in situ a petición (consultar con el propietario). En los alrededores de la casa rural se pueden realizar numerosas actividades: el CPA Lathus (escalada, espeleología, equitación, kayak…). Se i due dormitori (4 letti a castello a due a due e 2 letti da 160) sono in yurta, il soggiorno con soppalco e zona relax, la cucina e i servizi igienici (4 docce e 2 bagni) sono in un edificio completamente ristrutturato. È disponibile un'ampia area esterna con mobili da giardino. Possibilità di animazioni in loco su richiesta (da concordare con il proprietario). Numerose attività sono possibili nei dintorni dell'alloggio: il CPA Lathus (arrampicata, speleologia, equitazione, kayak…).
