Bâtiment de charme ancien, entièrement rénové, il est idéal pour loger votre famille et amis pour une fête familiale ou un anniversaire.  Possibilité sur demande, de stationner des campings-cars et d’installer quelques tentes.  Parfait aussi pour un court sèjour en groupe ou l’organisation d'un stage.  Les villes de Saint-Brevin-les-Pins, ou le quartier de l’Océan, Saint Michel Chef Chef, Tharon Plage et Pornic se trouvent à 20 minutes. En rez-de-chaussée : Une salle pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 50 personnes avec une cuisine professionnelle toute équipée et deux WC.  Le rez-de-chaussée est accessible aux Personnes à Mobilité Réduite. A l’étage : Quatre chambres avec 15 couchages.  Les lits une personne peuvent être rapprocher pour former un lit double. 3 salles d’eau chauffées avec douche, WC et lavabo. A l’exterieur : Entouré de la nature, le gîte dispose d’un grand parking et un coin jardin avec barbecue.  Un chemin communal mène au village et au plan d’eau.
