Suite à une scène de ménage le jour de la Saint Valentin, Cécile a fait un voeu. Elle a souhaité que son mari, Fred, se retrouve une seule journée à sa place. Le lendemain, le voeu a été exaucé. Fred se retrouve dans le corps de Cécile et Cécile, dans le corps de Fred. La visite inopportune de leur meilleur ami les oblige à jouer le rôle de l'autre.
