Issam nous invite chez sa mère. Le thé et les gâteaux sont prêts. Il est comédien, aime Molière, le foot et supporte la France et le Maroc. Elle est cuisinière dans un hôpital, paie ses impôts et adore Dalida. Elle a tout donné à ses enfants et ne demande rien à personne. Mais, d’autres lui demandent des comptes, et veulent lui dire comment vivre… Pour une fois, sa mère va parler. En 2019, lors d’une séance du conseil régional de Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, un élu du Rassemblement National prend violemment à partie une femme voilée, qui accompagne des élèves dont son fils de dix ans, lors d’une sortie destinée à les sensibiliser aux valeurs de la République. Cette agression verbale fut un déclencheur pour Issam Rachyq-Ahrad, lui rappelant sa propre enfance où se mêlaient fierté, humiliation et honte, face au silence de sa mère. Avec lucidité, humour et tendresse, Issam dessine le portrait sensible d’une mère, convoquant les souvenirs de leur vie quotidienne. Il propose une rencontre et lui offre, comme à nous tous, la possibilité d’une réparation, en déplaçant le regard sur celle qui le porte plutôt que sur le foulard lui-même. Issam invites us to his mother's house. Tea and cakes are ready. He's an actor, loves Molière and football, and supports both France and Morocco. She's a hospital cook, pays her taxes and loves Dalida. She has given everything to her children and asks nothing from anyone. But others ask her to account, and want to tell her how to live… For once, her mother is going to speak. In 2019, during a meeting of the Burgundy-Franche-Comté regional council, an elected member of the Rassemblement National violently attacked a veiled woman who was accompanying pupils, including her ten-year-old son, on an outing designed to raise awareness of the values of the Republic. This verbal attack was a trigger for Issam Rachyq-Ahrad, reminding him of his own childhood, where pride, humiliation and shame were mixed with his mother's silence. With lucidity, humour and tenderness, Issam paints a sensitive portrait of a mother, summoning up memories of their daily lives. He proposes a meeting and offers her, as he does us all, the possibility of reparation, by shifting the focus from the scarf itself to the woman who wears it. Issam lädt uns in das Haus seiner Mutter ein. Tee und Kuchen stehen bereit. Er ist Schauspieler, liebt Molière, Fußball und unterstützt Frankreich und Marokko. Sie ist Köchin in einem Krankenhaus, zahlt ihre Steuern und liebt Dalida. Sie hat ihren Kindern alles gegeben und verlangt von niemandem etwas. Doch andere verlangen Rechenschaft von ihr und wollen ihr vorschreiben, wie sie zu leben hat … Ausnahmsweise wird ihre Mutter sprechen. 2019 geht ein Abgeordneter der Rassemblement National während einer Sitzung des Regionalrats von Bourgogne-Franche-Comté eine verschleierte Frau heftig an, die Schüler, darunter ihren zehnjährigen Sohn, bei einem Ausflug begleitet, der sie für die Werte der Republik sensibilisieren soll. Dieser verbale Angriff war für Issam Rachyq-Ahrad ein Auslöser und erinnerte ihn an seine eigene Kindheit, in der sich Stolz, Demütigung und Scham angesichts des Schweigens seiner Mutter mischten. Mit Klarheit, Humor und Zärtlichkeit zeichnet Issam das sensible Porträt einer Mutter und ruft Erinnerungen aus ihrem Alltag hervor. In 2019, tijdens een vergadering van de regionale raad van Bourgondië-Franche-Comté, viel een gekozen lid van het Rassemblement National met geweld een gesluierde vrouw aan die leerlingen, waaronder haar tienjarige zoon, vergezelde op een uitstapje dat bedoeld was om de waarden van de Republiek onder de aandacht te brengen. Deze verbale aanval was een trigger voor Issam Rachyq-Ahrad en herinnerde hem aan zijn eigen jeugd, waar trots, vernedering en schaamte werden vermengd met het stilzwijgen van zijn moeder. Met helderheid, humor en tederheid schildert Issam een gevoelig portret van een moeder die herinneringen oproept aan hun dagelijks leven. Ella es cocinera de hospital, paga sus impuestos y adora a Dalida. Lo ha dado todo a sus hijos y no pide nada a nadie. Pero otros le piden cuentas y quieren decirle cómo tiene que vivir… Por una vez, su madre va a hablar. En 2019, durante una reunión del consejo regional de Borgoña-Franco Condado, un miembro electo de la Agrupación Nacional agredió violentamente a una mujer con velo que acompañaba a unos alumnos, entre ellos su hijo de diez años, en una excursión destinada a sensibilizar sobre los valores de la República. Este ataque verbal fue un detonante para Issam Rachyq-Ahrad, recordándole su propia infancia, donde el orgullo, la humillación y la vergüenza se mezclaban con el silencio de su madre. Con lucidez, humor y ternura, Issam traza un retrato sensible de una madre, evocando recuerdos de su vida cotidiana. Le propone un encuentro y le ofrece, como a todos nosotros, la posibilidad de una reparación, desplazando el centro de atención del pañuelo en sí a la mujer que lo lleva. Lei è cuoca in un ospedale, paga le tasse e ama Dalida. Ha dato tutto ai suoi figli e non chiede niente a nessuno. Ma altri le chiedono conto, vogliono dirle come vivere… Per una volta, sua madre parlerà. Nel 2019, durante una riunione del Consiglio regionale della Borgogna-Franca Contea, un membro eletto del Rassemblement National ha aggredito violentemente una donna velata che accompagnava gli alunni, tra cui il figlio di dieci anni, in una gita finalizzata alla sensibilizzazione ai valori della Repubblica. Questo attacco verbale ha scatenato in Issam Rachyq-Ahrad il ricordo della sua infanzia, dove orgoglio, umiliazione e vergogna si mescolavano al silenzio della madre. Con lucidità, umorismo e tenerezza, Issam dipinge un ritratto sensibile di una madre, evocando i ricordi della loro vita quotidiana. Le propone un incontro e le offre, come a tutti noi, la possibilità di una riparazione, spostando l'attenzione dal foulard in sé alla donna che lo indossa.
