À la frontière entre cirque contemporain, théâtre et musique, Mentir lo Mínimo s’inspire du courant minimaliste et propose au public une création intime et épurée. Un spectacle qui, sous son apparente simplicité, nous rapproche de la complexité de l’acceptation de soi et travaille avec subtilité la question du corps. Mentir lo Mínimo cherche à se débarrasser de tout ce qui n’est pas nécessaire et parle du voyage de ces trois corps sur la scène : la femme, l’homme et le vélo. Créée par Alejo et Amanda Delgado qui se rencontrent en 2015 à Barcelone, la Cie Alta Gama, place l'expérience du public au cœur de sa création. Ce duo de vélo acrobatique questionne finalement avec humour le rapport que l’on entretient avec son corps et la manière dont on accepte ses faiblesses, ses limites.

A show that, beneath its apparent simplicity, brings us closer to the complexity of self-acceptance and subtly explores the question of the body. Mentir lo Mínimo seeks to get rid of everything unnecessary, and is about the journey of these three bodies on stage: the woman, the man and the bicycle. Created by Alejo and Amanda Delgado, who met in Barcelona in 2015, Cie Alta Gama, places the audience experience at the heart of its creation. This acrobatic bicycle duo ultimately questions, with humor, the relationship we have with our bodies and the way we accept our weaknesses, our limits.

Mentir lo Mínimo, das an der Grenze zwischen zeitgenössischem Zirkus, Theater und Musik angesiedelt ist, lässt sich von der minimalistischen Strömung inspirieren und bietet dem Publikum eine intime und schlichte Kreation. Ein Stück, das uns unter seiner scheinbaren Einfachheit die Komplexität der Selbstakzeptanz näher bringt und auf subtile Weise mit dem Körper arbeitet. Mentir lo Mínimo versucht, alles Unnötige loszuwerden und erzählt von der Reise dieser drei Körper auf der Bühne: die Frau, der Mann und das Fahrrad. Die Cie Alta Gama wurde von Alejo und Amanda Delgado gegründet, die sich 2015 in Barcelona kennenlernten, und stellt die Erfahrung des Publikums in den Mittelpunkt ihres Schaffens.
