"J'ai toujours eu un attrait particulier pour le dessin et le domaine artistique. Il y a une dizaine d’années, j’ai fait le choix d’en faire mon métier, d'abord en tant que graphiste puis en me diversifiant vers l'illustration. C'est dans la nature qui m'entoure et au gré de mes balades que je puise l'immense majorité de mon inspiration. J'appréhende un peu la forêt comme un énorme carnet de croquis à ciel ouvert : chaque feuille, chaque champignon ou encore chaque animal que j'aurai la chance de croiser peuvent être le début d'une ébauche pour une future création. A travers mes projets, j'essaie de retranscrire au maximum ce que la nature me donne : humilité, authenticité et sincérité." I draw the vast majority of my inspiration from the natural world around me and from my walks. I see the forest as an enormous open-air sketchbook: every leaf, mushroom or animal I come across can be the beginning of a sketch for a future creation. Through my projects, I try to transcribe as much as possible what nature gives me: humility, authenticity and sincerity." "Ich hatte schon immer eine besondere Anziehungskraft für das Zeichnen und den künstlerischen Bereich. Vor etwa zehn Jahren habe ich mich entschieden, meinen Beruf zum Beruf zu machen, zunächst als Grafikdesignerin, dann habe ich mich in Richtung Illustration diversifiziert. Den Großteil meiner Inspiration schöpfe ich aus der Natur, die mich umgibt, und aus meinen Spaziergängen. Ich betrachte den Wald wie ein riesiges Skizzenbuch unter freiem Himmel: Jedes Blatt, jeder Pilz und jedes Tier, das mir begegnet, kann der Anfang eines Entwurfs für eine zukünftige Kreation sein. Durch meine Projekte versuche ich, so viel wie möglich von dem wiederzugeben, was die Natur mir gibt: Bescheidenheit, Echtheit und Aufrichtigkeit." "Ik heb altijd een bijzondere interesse gehad in tekenen en kunst. Zo'n tien jaar geleden besloot ik er mijn beroep van te maken, eerst als grafisch ontwerper en daarna door te gaan illustreren. Het grootste deel van mijn inspiratie haal ik uit de natuur om me heen en uit mijn wandelingen. Ik zie het bos als een groot schetsboek in de open lucht: elk blad, elke paddenstoel en elk dier dat ik tegenkom kan het begin zijn van een schets voor een toekomstige creatie. Door middel van mijn projecten probeer ik zoveel mogelijk te transcriberen wat de natuur mij geeft: nederigheid, authenticiteit en oprechtheid." "Siempre me han interesado el dibujo y las artes. Hace unos diez años decidí convertirlo en mi profesión, primero como diseñadora gráfica y luego con la ilustración. La mayor parte de mi inspiración procede de la naturaleza que me rodea y de mis paseos. Veo el bosque como un enorme cuaderno de bocetos al aire libre: cada hoja, cada seta y cada animal que me encuentro puede ser el principio de un boceto para una futura creación.
