Trio Fratrès Avec leur formation rare (violon, saxophone et piano), les artistes du Trio Fratrès explorent les répertoires – classique et populaire – dans un constant souci de dialogue, tissant des liens entre les mondes et les paysages musicaux. Ici, le jazz a gagné ses lettres de noblesse et, qu’il s’agisse du célèbre Bœuf sur le toit de Milhaud, de L’Opéra de quat’ sous de Weill ou de Porgy and Bess, où Gershwin s’intéresse aux Afro-Américains en Caroline du Sud en début du siècle dernier, voire de chansons de Rudy Wiedoeft ou Duke Ellington, ces mélodies sont autant d’instantanés de la vie du commun des mortels… Une plongée gourmande dans l’univers si sensible du saxophone !
