Exposition photographique conçue par la photographe-illustratrice Theresa Bronn, prêtée par la Médiathèque Départementale de Prêt du Var.

Photographic exhibition designed by photographer-illustrator Theresa Bronn, on loan from the Médiathèque Départementale de Prêt du Var. Born in the United States, Theresa Bronn studied art history in Texas and then in Paris. Living in France since the age of 20, she has travelled more in Europe than in her native land. Hence her desire to return to her roots. A desire to take a family trip in search of ‘the wonders of the United States: “The West”’. She returned with over 2,000 photos. She selected 20 to capture the "great silent spaces" that gave her a feeling of infinite freedom.

Nata negli Stati Uniti, Theresa Bronn ha studiato storia dell'arte in Texas e poi a Parigi. Vivendo in Francia dall'età di 20 anni, ha viaggiato più in Europa che nella sua terra natale. Da qui il desiderio di tornare alle sue radici. Il desiderio di intraprendere un viaggio di famiglia alla ricerca delle “meraviglie degli Stati Uniti: il ‘West’”. È tornata con oltre 2.000 foto. Ne ha selezionate 20 per catturare i "grandi spazi silenziosi" che le hanno dato una sensazione di libertà infinita.
