Lartisien est un artiste instinctif. Chez lui pas de processus créatif établi, tout est question d’émotion, de sensation. D’abord il y a la recherche de la matière première, le métal toujours, et l’accumulation d’objets en tout genre. Puis vient le temps de la création, de la transformation. La magie opère avec ce désir du travail bien fait. L’artiste travaille avec la sincérité de l’artisan qui modèle sa création usant de ses outils avec délectation. Enfin, l’œuvre apparaît et avec elle le souhait de la partager… Car oui, Lartisien c’est aussi une histoire de générosité et d’échange avec ses amis artistes et aussi, bien sûr, avec le public.

Lartisien is an instinctive artist. With him, there's no set creative process; it's all a question of emotion and sensation. First comes the search for the raw material, always metal, and the accumulation of objects of all kinds. Then comes the time for creation and transformation. The magic happens with this desire for a job well done. The artist works with the sincerity of a craftsman who models his creation, using his tools with relish. Finally, the work appears, and with it the desire to share it? Because yes, Lartisien is also a story of generosity and exchange with his artist friends and, of course, with the public.

Lartisien ist ein instinktiver Künstler. Bei ihm gibt es keinen festgelegten kreativen Prozess, alles ist eine Frage der Emotion, der Empfindung. Am Anfang steht die Suche nach dem Rohstoff, immer Metall, und die Anhäufung von Objekten aller Art. Dann kommt die Zeit der Kreation und der Transformation. Die Magie wirkt mit diesem Wunsch nach gut gemachter Arbeit. Der Künstler arbeitet mit der Aufrichtigkeit eines Handwerkers, der seine Kreation modelliert und seine Werkzeuge mit Freude benutzt. De magie ontstaat door dit verlangen naar een goed uitgevoerde taak. De kunstenaar werkt met de oprechtheid van een ambachtsman die zijn creatie boetseert en zijn gereedschap met plezier gebruikt. Uiteindelijk verschijnt het werk en daarmee het verlangen om het te delen?
