Description

How do artists contribute to the transition from the natural element to the working material, and then from the creative act to the beauty of the object? Glitter & Labeur invites visitors to a poetic and engaged immersion in the world of production and labor, from which sparkling elements can emerge. The exhibition is structured around five chapters that follow one another like the stages of a production line: first, the raw materials; then, the workplace; next, the workers and artists in the process of creation; and finally, the artwork. Leisure time closes the cycle and prompts reflection on how leisure time compensates for the time spent working.
