Thierry Lebon crée des tableaux en utilisant la méthode du «mixed média». Il utilise différentes matières pour apporter de la texture et de la profondeur en jouant sur les ombres. Il utilise bien souvent de l'acrylique pour débuter le tableau, pour en «jeter» les bases, préparer les fonds. Puis vient l'huile, par petites touches ou par glacis. Mais l'artiste s'autorise aussi l'emploi du fusain, de pastels ou encore de l'encre, acrylique ou de chine… Sa façon de peindre se résume en un dialogue entre la toile et lui, se parlant, échangeant, chacun amenant sa vision de l'étape suivante. L'inspiration de Thierry Lebon provient de tout ce qui l'entoure, la nature bien sûr, mais aussi l'architecture, la sculpture… Autodidacte, il se considère comme un éternel débutant et est donc, en permanence, à la recherche d'une nouvelle technique, d'une nouvelle couleur…

Thierry Lebon creates paintings using the "mixed media" method. He uses different materials to add texture and depth, playing with shadows. He often uses acrylic to start the painting, to "lay the foundations" and prepare the backgrounds. Then comes oil, in small touches or glazes. But the artist also allows himself to use charcoal, pastels and ink, acrylic or India ink… His way of painting can be summed up as a dialogue between the canvas and himself, talking and exchanging, each bringing his vision of the next step. Thierry Lebon's inspiration comes from everything that surrounds him: nature, of course, but also architecture, sculpture… Self-taught, he considers himself an eternal beginner, and is constantly on the lookout for a new technique, a new color…

Thierry Lebon erstellt Gemälde mithilfe der Methode "mixed media". Er verwendet verschiedene Materialien, um Textur und Tiefe zu erzeugen, indem er mit Schatten spielt. Oft verwendet er Acrylfarben, um das Bild zu beginnen, die Grundlagen zu schaffen und den Hintergrund vorzubereiten. Dann folgt Öl, in kleinen Pinselstrichen oder in Lasuren. Der Künstler verwendet aber auch Kohle, Pastellkreiden oder Tinte, Acryl- oder Tuschefarben… Seine Art zu malen ist ein Dialog zwischen ihm und der Leinwand, in dem er miteinander spricht, sich austauscht und jeder seine Vision für den nächsten Schritt einbringt. Thierry Lebon lässt sich von allem inspirieren, was ihn umgibt, natürlich von der Natur, aber auch von Architektur und Skulpturen… Als Autodidakt betrachtet er sich selbst als ewigen Anfänger und ist daher ständig auf der Suche nach einer neuen Technik, einer neuen Farbe…

Thierry Lebon maakt schilderijen volgens de "mixed media" methode. Hij gebruikt verschillende materialen om textuur en diepte toe te voegen door te spelen met schaduwen. Hij gebruikt vaak acryl om het schilderij te beginnen, om "de basis te leggen" en de achtergronden voor te bereiden. Daarna volgt olieverf, in kleine toefjes of met glazuur. Maar de kunstenaar staat zichzelf ook het gebruik van houtskool, pastel of zelfs acryl of Oost-Indische inkt toe… Zijn manier van schilderen kan worden samengevat als een dialoog tussen het doek en hemzelf, die met elkaar praten, ideeën uitwisselen, waarbij ieder zijn visie op de volgende fase meebrengt. Thierry Lebon haalt zijn inspiratie uit alles wat hem omringt, de natuur natuurlijk, maar ook architectuur, beeldhouwkunst… Hij is autodidact, ziet zichzelf als een eeuwige beginner en is daarom voortdurend op zoek naar een nieuwe techniek, een nieuwe kleur…

Pero el artista también se permite el uso del carboncillo, el pastel o incluso el acrílico o la tinta china… Su forma de pintar puede resumirse como un diálogo entre el lienzo y él mismo, hablando entre sí, intercambiando ideas, aportando cada uno su visión de la etapa siguiente. La inspiración de Thierry Lebon procede de todo lo que le rodea, la naturaleza por supuesto, pero también la arquitectura, la escultura… Autodidacta, se ve a sí mismo como un eterno principiante y, por ello, está siempre a la búsqueda de una nueva técnica, un nuevo color…

Thierry Lebon crea dipinti con il metodo della "tecnica mista". Utilizza materiali diversi per aggiungere consistenza e profondità giocando con le ombre. Spesso usa l'acrilico per iniziare il dipinto, per "gettare le basi" e preparare gli sfondi. Poi passa all'olio, con piccoli tocchi o velature. Ma l'artista si concede anche l'uso del carboncino, dei pastelli o persino dell'acrilico o della china… Il suo modo di dipingere può essere riassunto come un dialogo tra la tela e lui stesso, che si parlano, si scambiano idee, ognuno porta la sua visione della fase successiva. L'ispirazione di Thierry Lebon proviene da tutto ciò che lo circonda, dalla natura, naturalmente, ma anche dall'architettura, dalla scultura… Autodidatta, si considera un eterno principiante e quindi è costantemente alla ricerca di una nuova tecnica, di un nuovo colore…
